do yourself a favor and go to north fontana inside falcon ridge they are way better this one always runs out of hot sauce and service is slow

This review is not based upon the quality of the food, there's a reason why partner and I come here often. Everytime we do come the workers are so good at going the extra mile to make the best out our meals. Unfortunately today we had a difficult time with the worker Luz, she made it very embarrassing and difficult to get our food the way we've ordered it before and how we like it which is a plate of chicken katsu and short rib. She wanted to state it's against policy and how the rest of the crew should not be doing such a thing for us. Which understandable if you're a strict by the book person but at the end of the day the idea that the others have had our best interest in mind Makes the place much more welcoming than that kind of attitude. Besides we would pay about 18 dollars for the order we usual get and perfer instead of 15 for the one she sold us and lacked what we wanted. So do better luz, it's too tough out here for you to making something as getting a plate so difficult.

The food really hits home with the flavors, quality and quantity. I have just gotten off the plane and i was famished so i stopped at the closed thing. The chicken was phenomenal, the mac and cheese was divine and the salad was superb. I had the plate with white fish and chicken, i wish they had the fiah grilled as an option. If they had grilled fish, this would have been a 5 star all around.

Long story short, we got food poisoned. And it was resolved today. We (my fianceé and myself) ate here 08/30/2023 at 5:35pm. Walked in and was not greeted, and there was a bad smell in the air, and the floors were filthy around this time. I thought "well mabe it's just an off day", because we heard so many good things about this place. We get our food, and I notice a bad smell. I smell the rice and it smells like a sweaty gym sock, so I don't eat it. I stary eating the chicken and after a while, it started tasting off. So I toss the rest of my food, my fianceé eats all of his food (2 rice balls and his chicken he got). I was feeling a bit queasy on the way home and my fianceé was feeling bloated and having some stomach pain. We get home around 6:30pm. My fianceé is still complaining of stomach pain and it is getting worse. He heads to the bathroom and I follow him, concerned. He gets severe cold sweats all of a sudden and he starts throwing up. Bits and pieces of the undigested food come up with it, he continues throwing up until his face turns red. His stomach got completely emptied and he is in so much pain and just wants to go to bed. So we go to bed, he wakes up at 12am that morning 08/31/2023 moaning in pain, he gets to the bathroom and starts throwing up blood, I had to take him to the ER. They never refunded our money or anything. And the worker up front is a liar, he first tells me "my manager said this.." so I ask to speak directly to the manager, he then tells me "actually, my manager is out right now". So we came back today, and the manager quickly resolved it and refunded our money.

The cashier that took the order was welcoming, and the cook that made the food was fast, and everything tasted great, but that isn't my complaint. My complaint is that once they were done helping with another customer, they kept on talking to each other even though my food was in the window. The bell went off, and they kept talking customer comes in and took their orders. The bell rang again. They went right back to talking to each other. After a few more minutes, the cook got pissed and rang the bell three times to get their attention, then by the grace of God, they finally heard the bell and instead of packing up a simple order they had to rush and pack of 4 individual orders at the same time it wouldn't have been a problem if they would have paid attention to the bell

Nobody greets you as you enter and make a line to order food. 1 cashier was busy facing the cooks talking while the other female cashier stared without communicating.
I ordered two salads to go. Went to pick it up they gave me the bag I figured they put everything in it. I went to get sauce and they had knives there. I left (I work in the hospital across the street). So we were going to eat our salads in the car and they didn't include any forks or napkins. Ughh what person doesn't know you need these things with your order. Very annoying won't be going there anymore. They were also very stingy with the dressing. Don't recommend this Ono's. I've had good experience in other ones.

I used to go that the store in the Renaissance place. But lately their food taste way different. I decided to come to this store and OMG 10x way better. The store is clean, the food quality is really good and the service over here at this store is way better. Employees are very attentive to their customers and when they make your food they don't take a long time it's super fast. Thank you Karen for taking care of taking my order and making sure all the changes I ask for my order to be made were perfect and for making sure everything looked fine.
