We stopped for a quick bite , or so we thought , just two of us . The place looks great from outside and inside , after looking for a menu the girls in reception told us it was buffet only ( this was a Saturday ) so we almost walked away but they allowed us to look at food first . It was an odd time , about 5pm . We decided to try it , the food was good , not great but tasty . Then we realized they have a mariachi show that I think starts at 7pm . We both had one margarita and dinner , after being full we were ready to leave . That's when the stars disappeared from this review , $150 for both of us . They charge show and dinner price even if you come early not to see the show and their margaritas are $25 each!!!! WTH ? We tried it , nothing special , won't be going back

Our family went to Pancho Villas to celebrate our mother's birthday. Huge shoutout to Victor, our server, who was very attentive and friendly throughout our time. In addition to the impeccable service, the mariachi band added an extra layer of enjoyment to our mother's birthday. Their lively performance enhanced our experience, making it memorable. Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant enough for its fantastic service and delightful entertainment.

First time at this location. Went on a Saturday. They had a buffet style food. Live mariachi show and great service by, Victor! And can't go wrong with the drinks.

Returning after 6 years, I have to say the revamping of this place was enjoyable. Inside is redone, staff seem super friendly, food definitely is better in quality. Had the brunch today- it had many authentic dishes, food was hot, flavorful, variety to choose from. Victor the waiter attended to our party and he did exceptionally well. He also made sure we had a song or two played by the Mariachi band- who also sound amazing. We will be back for sure, wish I wouldn't have waited so long to return.

Wonderful service and great ambiance. We had Victor as our main waiter for a birthday celebration that included 45 people, including many children. He made sure everyone had drinks and our tables were cleared quickly when people were done eating. Víctor made our birthday celebration a wonderful experience.

Good food... Prices are on the higher side for Mexican food but it's good. Great service. It's really nice inside. You're getting good quality dishes.

The owner of this place must be super greedy the price for a 2 year old who ate 3 chicken nuggets and fries was $20 lol prices are a joke we will never go back again!

Went Saturday night. Got lucky and got a booth with a great view of the band. Pretty good. Out of pitch time to time but what can you expect. Nice friendly service. BUT not much service as it is BUFFET style for $43.95 per person. If I were to have same type/quality buffet elsewhere.. no more than 18 25$ It's all about the live mariachi music and 2 dance performances. It was overall good. Nothing great. 6 out of 10 food 6 out of 10 for drinks. 8.5 out of 10 f9r music

The food was ok but what got me upset is that they charged for 3 years old $20!!! No toddler will eat $20 of food!! What a con artist! Plus we ordered our 4 kids orange juice which we didn't know and the server Robert never told us that there is NO free refills on orange juice!!! It was upsetting to me because my husband and I just thought he was being a good server because he kept bringing our kids orange juice when we didn't even ask!!!!!!! So our bill was $300!!! For 2 adults and 4 kids!! And we noticed that our server Robert charged us for 8 orange juice!!! Which I couldn't believe $40!!! On orange juice and it's not even organic what a con artist!! This was a horrible first experience we will not be back!! Because we could have gotten better quality food for the money we paid and they don't charge for 3 years old or a 5 years old!!

We have been coming to PV's for the 4 years. We have absolutely enjoyed every minute of it! The mariachi and the band ensemble are on point and never disappoint! However, if you want to have a 10/10 experience, then you MUST request to be seated in Victor's area. He is the best!!!!

5 stars for the amazing mariachi! 2 stars for the restaurant and I'm being nice with my 2 stars. I have been here several times in the last 9 years. My first today since the pandemic and wow :( the quality of the food has gone down so much. The best thing that was tasteful was the sweet bread which I'm sure is not made there. The enchiladas lacked flavor and were poorly made. The beans are so watery that my dad asked if it was soup! The rice was somewhat red somewhat discolored looking white. The pozole was horrible and was suppose to be chicken but had chunks of what looked like spam meat and was not chicken. Mixed it with chicken. I ate two spoons of it and left the rest. They have much less choices than before. And to be honest nothing looks appetizing! The ceviche looked so bad I was afraid to even touch it. Also, before champagne was included in brunch and it was much less than what they charge now. Asked for some thinking it was included like before and it wasn't. Our waiter was nice but stopped coming around. Even when the restaurant was already empty. Honestly the only thing that's worth the drive for this place is the music. It's an amazing mariachi but the food is not worth it at all. Which is sad because I would love to see this mariachi. But not for $400 for horrible brunch for 5 people. I'll pay that for a place that is worth it. Last, and I should have mentioned this in beginning. I went to restroom and washed my hands. The water in the sink was almost boiling hot!!! So much it burned my hands and I went to the table and put ice on it from my drink. Hours later and I'm blistering and can't feel some of my fingers!!! How does this happen??? Ridiculous.

I don't know where to start other than PV is really taking advantage of inflation! Holly wholly Expensive Guacamole! $60 a shot of tequila where the bottle is $40 at Cardenas. As a business owner, I get it, but $60 for a shot and $10 for a 12oz beer, that is ridiculous! Also, there no transparency on prices for the food or drinks, so make sure you ask for them to not be surprised with an unexpected Expensive bill at the end of the night!Just know that this place is Expensive AF and that you're paying for the experience of a mariachi show and live music. The food is not any better than your average mom's and pop's Mexican restaurant for a fraction of PV.You also can't split checks, so take cash or have a venmo account to split that check, if you go in a group. In summary, I tried to give PV a chance again but I felt taken advantage by their lack of transparency in prices, lack of customer service, and their lack of willingness to work with you on large groups bill. I will not be coming back on my own free will.
