We arrived around 9 at night, we had dinner and I was surprised to see that the employees started cleaning the kitchen, they were so well coordinated that everyone knew what they had to do. As soon as we finished dinner and left the restaurant, other employees came out to clean the rest of the table area.
I ordered a bow and paid extra for the firecracker shrimp. I ended up with 90% chow mein and 10 % of the fire cracker shrimp wasn't even worth paying extra for it

My reason for giving a 2Star review is that the employee who took my order seemed to need a hearing aid for some reason. Typically I don’t have to repeat myself and others who know me well can hear me just fine. I didn’t want to have to yell at the employee serving me so I stayed calm and respectfully repeated myself a second and almost a third time. Maybe they should hire employees who don’t have problems hearing anyone or give them better training on how to listen to their customers better overall. Food was fine yet honestly their food portions giving out is small and seems to get smaller each year which is sad to see each year too. Again that’s my reason for a 2Star review.

The guy manager is always nice and his food is great, however the girl manager is always SO rude to customers! On one occasion two customers ahead of me were waiting for fresh food but she gave them the old food by accident. The customer said they were waiting for fresh food and she was rude about it and argued with the customer and put the food back. A simple "Sorry" would've been nice instead of arguing. I hate leaving negative reviews but her attitude is horrible and you're better going somewhere else.. As an ex employee at Panda I can't believe she's a manager.. Also the Drink area had water everywhere on the floor with no caution sign which is not safe.

I finally quit. The portions are not equal to cost and I’ve dealt with that. But now I’m getting broccoli that has gone bad…. I’m grossed out and speechless . I thought there was meat on one piece but it’s not and it’s not soy sauce either. On a positive note the staff is always great but unfortunately the bad food overshadows.

They either ignore in person customers for delivery for way too long, or they talk down to and don't take requests like one hasn't visited several other locations and gotten a simple order. You're not doing us a favor my taking our order that we pay for so quit acting like it. Three times have I tried this location and I've only eaten once. It wasn't great and I won't return, I suggest this location is avoided.

Every time we come into our Panda Express in North Fontana off of Sierra Lakes Blvd they are courteous kind and work quickly to fill your order The place is very clean and the food is made fresh, if they start to run low another batch is made quickly. Our favorites to order are Orange Chicken, Peppered Chicken, Teriyaki Chicken and Kung Pau Chicken. It's a great alternative to order your food and bring home, better than eating at a Restaurant and waiting for your food to come

I ordered my food and when I got back home they forgot to give us orange chicken and they didn't tell us to wait or anything and they also had orange chicken infront and plenty of it.
