So yesterday I got food here and let me start by saying the food was fresh specially the orange chicken. I also got chow mein and fried rice and kun PaoMost of the food was bland with little flavor. It was low or completely missing the seasoning or sauce like in the case of the kun Pao chicken that is known for the sauce and flavor but almost no sauce and chicken had no flavor. The orange chicken was a hit and miss but over all it still needed a lil more flavor. Rice and chow mein were on the same boat with no flavor. Idk if this is just here on the location that they’re using less sodium or just a bad day on the seasoning. Either way food needed more flavor. Btw the fortune cookie tasted stale, I couldn’t find a date in it but just putting it out there

Yesterday I came here because I was so hungry came home and noticed there was a long piece of hair in my food!!! I go back spoke with Hugo which is the manager told him there was a hair on food he didn’t believe me, wanted to see my receipt being in a rush I forgot it at home, told him to look at the camera to see if I came in, he said no! I had to drive all the way back home just to show this man my receipt, toward the end this man was soo unhelpful and so unprofessional, if I had the choice to rate this place it would be all zero stars !!! Who wants to eat a piece of hair in the food !! I won’t be coming back at all! And Hugo had a nasty attitude!!

Today, January 29, 2024, on my way I found this panda express, I was with my family (4) in total and the person in this case, the MANAGER, attended to us but in a not very polite way, he was rushing us and there were no more people than us, I would like it to serve a person of color so they can see what would happen to them, burno it was a very bad experience and that manager has to be retrained in customer service because she doesn't know anything, gentlemen of PANDA EXPRESS, take a separate note of the portions They are very small but the prices do go up BEWARE

Super greens was all cabbage one piece of broccoli, messed up my order and I had to drive all the way back, nothing offered for my troubles just lax customer service

I’m not sure what happened but their orange chicken was too spicy, I know people have their different spice levels they can take but you could tell this batch was made completely wrong! I went to another location to see if they could change it out but they told me to go back to the original location I went to which would make sense since it was their mistake in the first place but I didn’t want to get more wrongly made orange chicken.

This place sucks their food taste disgusting the workers are rude , how can I not make a separate transaction? It makes no
kudus to the white guy who was very understanding and respectful, the one doing the cashiering at 6:30pm today. but the Hispanic petite lady, what an attitude. imagine she gave me less than a scoop of the mushroom chicken that I had to ask the nice white guy to add more because it's really too small.if there is a manager in here, we don't need someone who has an attitude or much more kinda racist.
