Quick stop at night. Theres outside sitting available. Inside you come to a kiosk where you’re able to see the whole menu and make customizations. I chose the sandwich and soup combo. It was a chicken sandwich and a butternut squash soup with a side a bread. As I waited I walked around. There’s plenty of smaller tables and seating. Quite a few people having meetings. In the back was the pick up area. I liked that they a screen that showed the progress on my order. Once complete it shows and I picked it up. Location was clean. There are a few glass counter areas to see fresh pastries. And a shelf area for online orders.

Disappointed. The handsome woman at the pick-up counter was kinda salty that I asked about my order.The smoothies were watery and small. Not worth it.Sandwiches were good and they did provide ample napkins for our order.

Logo is a bit different without the signature lady with bread, just the letters Panera present for the moment, the place filled up all the cups at kiosks for self service, the 2nd location I have seen to practice this, also they have plastic straws which is great, syrup for coffee also available at the counter, water has its own fountain combine with soft drinks machine, finally the seats were clean but a bit wet, so I took down a star, but at least I could stay at charge my phone because they have a lot of outlets.

The service was good but genuinely one of the worst grilled cheeses Ive ever had. I had to reorder and pay for another plate of food although I took 2 bites out of the sandwich. It tasted like plastic and soggy bread.edit: My stomach began hurting 10 minutes after eating and I threw up. One of the worst food experiences Ive had in a while.
My second time here and the food and service was amazing. Highly recommended ?

One star for service. Restaurant was clean but felt crowded, too many tables cramed in the footprint. Cost is the big negative. I understand that things cost more, and I'm all for it, but I ordered the new teriyaki bowl, and it was probably about $1.25 of food. The manager should be embarrassed that corporate is sending that down as a serving. I actually questioned the serving size, and they said it was the only size they had. Again, when you see the image, please note the size of the fork or bread for perspective. Additionally, there was a strawberry in my bowl, which I assume got in from the line but just dissatisfied with the quality and quantity.

Parking was a bit hidden if you come in from the shopping center but once you make it to the corner and make a right I'll find a parking spot right away. Cashier less option and Cashier option ... Briana was extremely helpful and accommodating to me.Even if she was the only one working the cashier, restocking and someone got there for a job interview all at once it seemed ...(Yay) She was also smiling the whole time. I was being extremely indecisive everything smelled and was presented so well. The lobby was nice, and clean we didn't stay for long but the Service that was provided by Briana was amazing thank you. My little one loved the food he cannot wait to go back.
