While I'm not one to leave reviews after just a few visits, I couldn't resist sharing my love for Pizza Guys after my fifth visit in the past year. Each time I sink my teeth into their delicious pizza, I'm transported back to those nostalgic memories of why I fell in love with pizza in the first place. This is my family 5th time ordering from this location in 2 years, and didn't want to place a review until I was able validate its consistency. I can say with full confidence this is probably one of the best local pizza spots and for online deals it's not bad. It definitely blows Domino's Pizza Hut and papa John's out of the water. If you haven't tried them, you definitely should and if your order is over 25 bucks and you pick up your order you get a free 2 liter soda. Hope you all love it as much as me and my family.

Hands down one of the best pizza places i have ever had. I had their garlic knots and the garlic had a little bit of sweetness to it which was AMAZING!! I had their pesto cheese sticks and the pesto was creamy and fresh (sometimes pesto can be very earthy and grainy, but not here.. even Suzi would love it ). I had a pepperoni pizza with vodka sauce, first off all do you know how rare it is to find a pizza place with pink sauce?!?! This sauce was smooth and flavorful. I dont love chuncky sauces and this vodka sauce was absolutely perfect!! I cant say enough amazing things about this place!!! Literally every single item i tried was phenomenal!!!!!

definitely unprofessional not ok to tell a customer that even though the person taking your order over the phone messed up your order then you call then rude employee female at 6:30 pm answer the phone saying they can resend it out but charge me delivery fee again which is not ok or how it works I worked for domino's for a few years now and we don't do bussiness like that at all its unprofessional to lie to a customer then when the customer ask for a manger you don't put them on hold for 15 minutes and you over hear the person on the phone say just great saying not professional things about the customer completely rude and employee needs written up an reprimanded for this type of behavior but the manager is going to make it right but no customer should ever have to wait 45 minutes more to get there correct order completely not ok hopefully the GM and the district manager will look into the store off bear valley in apple valley to train there employees in proper procedures and professional way to handle customer service we order all the time never have these type of issues very disappointed

WORST.EXPERIENCE.EVERI understand one store failing but two stores failing you at the same time is unheard of...Got an email for a BOGO deal...Rancho location would not honor deal said to go to Fontana. Fontana would not honor but said rancho would honor and they would call them to put in the order. After waiting almost an hour, I called to confirm and they had not even put in the order. The employee said she would call to put in order and to JUST GO pick it up.So we are now almost on hour two of trying to get a pizza...I show up at the rancho location and they have not even got nor put in my order! The night manager gets on the phone with owner/ general manager...he asks for my phone and goes through my email (borderline privacy invasion but I have nothing to hide) because they think the coupon is fraudulent or sent on accident (IT WAS NOT)Night manager is on the phone with general manager (owner?) for over half an hour which is obviously becoming a ploy to wear me out so I leave since the store closes in half an hour...Final verdict after THREE HOURS of this nightmare: night manager informed me that I have to buy both pizzas at regular price...FMLThey called me the next day to make it up to me but by this time I wanted nothing to do with this company...also why didn't they just fix it when they had the main manager on the phone? Why did the Fontana location tell me to drive to the rancho location when they had not confirmed anything!?!?! Now that it will reflect poorly on them, now they care... do yourself a favor go to grazianos or even roundtable for better pizza and none of these petty games or shenanigans.

Nice staff and all...but the pizza isn't good for the price, honestly far from it. Lower the price and or make better quality pizza. The beef pizzas are too big also.

I received a free large pizza from a yelp elite event. I called in to place an order for a specialty large pizza. They were finishing up the pizza when I arrived. Service was nice and attentive. I received a fresh pizza and it was delicious! The crust was fluffy with the perfect crust. And you can never go wrong with pepperoni cups!

They have really good pizza and wings. I usually order ahead on their website and go pick it up. They also deliver, which is a nice option as well. Whenever I have gone to pick up pizza they have given me a free 2 liter of soda for free. Everyone who works there is nice and they also have specials and deals on their website!
