I ordered 1 large pizza and 1.5 hrs later I decided to call cuz I never recieved it. When I called a young lady answered very nice confirmed my order, but said that I canceled it. Now I'm in customer service and I understand be nice and courteous. As soon as the guy started taking my order in the morning of 01.07.2024 the guy seemed as If not all there. Very slow and hard to understand. I did have him repeat my order and he read it back. How my order was cancelled without me physically calling back makes me believe the error was done at the store. But not once did the lady offer me anything except an apology... which I took. My first time ordering from this place and last.

People don't get your pizza from this location.I have gotten pizza from this location twice,the first time I let it slide,the pizza was terrible the hired help don't know what they are doing.Their pizza absolutely sucks.I ordered a super supreme pizza large for $28 and the pizza had no marinara sauce and no pepperoni on it.I mean what the hell did I pay for?I will never buy a pizza from Pizza Hut again when I can get a pizza 10X better down the street.Pizza Hut sucks.

Prices are way too high. Paid $22 for a "medium" pizza. Sure looks like a small pizza to me. Very disappointed and it charged my card $26.51Cashier Adam M. was super nice though!! Excellent customer service.
Tried to call in my order and was told their phone lines were down..interesting since they answered the phone and told me that. I ordered only and picked up. The food was ok. Nothing special.

This is literally my favorite Pizza Hut I never have any issues here. It's always quick and easy. It takes me less time to pick up pizza here than it does a Little Caesars, which is saying something. Pizza Hut FTW!
