This Pizza Hut is out of control. Was eating at Subway, come outside and I see a bunch of employees outside. One of the workers was threatening and yelling at someone, saying multiple racial slurs as well. He was threatening to beat up the other person and was following him around outside. None of the employees did anything to stop him either. Absolutely shocking behavior. Never have seen anything like it.

How do you forget the Caesar dressing when I order 2 Caesar salads. First off, I got a large pizza and used my 300 pointsI wanted it delivered but the minimum for delivery is $12. So I added Cajun fries and 2 Caesar salads. Obviously they charge for delivery, so I don't mind.But when you forget the dressing, after waiting 45 mins for the order to arrive. And when I call, I asked if they can bring it and he tells me, he doesn't know how to put that in the system. And that he will ask his manager and tries to hang up. I'm like wait so are you gona bring the dressing, he assures me they will. But now I'm sitting here, wondering when? If you guys are gona mess up the delivery then don't charge me for it, on top of that don't even charge me the freakin minimum. A waste of money and time.

Ordered online 5:54 pm, Saturday evening. 6:38 pm now, still waiting for order. Also, one pizza of the order was ready at 6:13, so only one pizza will be hot. Taste will always be good I remember my tooth, but service is getting worse.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! We ordered 4 large pizzas for delivery, but only brought us 3 pizzas! As soon as we called to let them know about the situation they said "they can't make us the pizza" what kinda BS is that?! They made our 4th pizza and it looked so messed up like if they did something to it, did not look right at all. They remade the pizza in front of us to make sure they didn't do anything wrong and when the manager gave us the pizza he said "y'all can't say sh*t about this one". Go to another Pizza Hut, this one is ghetto and trashy.

Amazing Service and Friendly Staff plus one of the very few locations that still offer dine-in services make it my go-to Pizza Hut! The breadsticks are always a must along with their hand toss pizzas!

This Pizza Hut has serious problems!! Every time I have come in there is always something not right!! The last time I came in and ordered to go Pizza, they never called my name I waited for almost a hour before I walked up to the counter to ask about my order. This time I ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni when I got it, it had very little pepperoni. The manager did replace it but what if I hadn't checked the Pizza before I left, they didn't open the box and show it to me. Maybe they make their money charging for food they don't provide

If I was able to give it a 0 I would, i go to the website and it's about 30 min wait, cool perfect for me but no.DO NOT ORDER IF YOU WANT TO WAIT!!!It's been 3 hours and I had to cancel my order because the service is terrible. They wouldn't even check to see if my order was in queue for delivery and such. It's ridiculous that this place isn't shut down, then they call back 10 mins later asking if I cancelled my order,

$96 for 2 large 3 topping and 2 orders of 12 wings? Yeah no thank you. And when asked for clarification store manager responded with "those are the prices, nothing I can do about it" I am done with this place.

Can't believe this place hasn't been shut down yet, ordered 2 hours ago and have yet to receive my order. Tried calling customer service to cancel and of course she can't do nothing but connect me to the store. Once she tries the call gets disconnected. I tried to call 7 times already and it'll ring twice or three times and disconnected. Worst experience EVER. After working a 12 hour shift I just want to get home order some dinner and relax, and here we are playing cat and mouse.

I would've gave it 0 stars if I could. The management sucks. The manager there Carmen is the rudest manager I've ever talked too. Everyone was busy running around making pizzas cutting the pizzas and the manager was just sitting there on the computer not doing anything. Everyone looked stressed so I asked one of the employees is there a manager, they told me it was the girl on the computer. Lazy management, I feel bad for the employees. It took them an hour to give me my order and by the time I actually got it, it was wrong. Carmen just gave me attitude and then told the cook they messed up and they need to remake it. For someone that's just sitting there, is sure bossing everyone around without even respecting them. You couldn't pay me to go back there.

I have never dealt with such disrespect. Carissa is the rudeness, most unprofessional, unskilled, and incompetent human I have ever dealt with. There was a price error on the receipt and she claimed over and over that it was not her fault but the higher ups as she motioned to the air. I felt that she was ridiculing me the customer for an error out of my control, being the price change. As for the man working disgusting. He was touching his hair, hand inside his shirt scratching his back, picking his nose, hands in pocket, all while not wearing gloves and handling the food. The workers here are beyond rude, unhelpful, and should not be allowed to work with people. Absolute terrible experience. We will never be coming back here out of fear of contamination with the food and unpleasantness with the service. Do not eat here, you're better off going to Little Caesars.
