They no longer use their own drivers because this greedy company doesn't want to pay them anymore... ? Now we have to wait a long time so they get a doordash driver. By the time you get your food is cold.

I ordered 2 pizzas at 3pm. My ordered didn’t come until 4:15pm. Before it came, I tried calling, no answer. Tried calling, again on hold for over 5 minutes each time, no answer then got hung up on. Called 3 times. Pizza finally came but it was cold and the bread was already hard. I rather give up pizza for the rest of my life than have to go through this experience again. Ordering pizza for the kids shouldn't be this hard. Someone from Pizza Hut better call me back or this review stands. I love Pizza Hut but this wasn't the service and food I'm used to.

I ordered a stuff crust pizza it was probably the worse pizza I've ever had my 6year old wouldn't even eat it. It was cold the cheese was hard and it had no sauce on it and this was after waiting in line for about 20 mins. I tried to call and got hung up on.. Very disappointing Pizza Hut. What a waste of time and money.

This location is a joke... I ordered a pizza and was delivered with no sauce. When I called to let them know they had me speak to the "cook" he said he did put sauce on the pizza. I'm not blind and this pizza was just cheese and topping. This is ridiculous, close to $80 for 2 large pizzas and a 2 liter soda and to not get what you ordered for is BS. Who ever the owner is needs to get on his employees.

The wait was an hour longer than the website said it would be. When the driver got here she said she was the only driver at the moment which is fine, i get it. But then i check my order and 2 out of 3 things are wrong and im still missing my 4th item. I called the store 6 times now and no answer. Was hesitant about ordering here but now i know never to do so again. Waste of money.

Ordered a pizza through Uber eats and couldn't find ranch. So I placed the order and called the store and asked if they could add a ranch to it and offered to pay. The guy on the phone said no and he said his manager said no as well because I ordered it from Uber eats. How hard is it to add a ranch to an order regardless of where you order it from. Bad customer service.

We waited 1.5 hours due them messing up our order. Then after 1.5 hours they give is our money back due not knowing how to make a pizza without cheese on half of it. So after 1.5 hours we have no food! Awful service!

Worst experience at a pizza place ever. It's never a great location to get food but it was exceptionally bad this last go around. Food was cold waited 40 mins after my food was ready just to get in the door and pick up my now cold food. Thanks for the lack of communication. Yes you were busy trying to fix things (cashier) but the other 3 people working could have said something not stair and laugh at the situation.

Today was my last visit to Pizza Hut. I wasn't expecting much value as cost and prices have gone up across the board, however a $2.99 charge for a little bit of extra pineapple is not reasonable. I ordered thru the app, which added a Service Charge at check out of about 8% on top of tax and on top of tip. What extra service do you get for this service charge? None. It's a surcharge for anybody who orders in California, so they can keep advertising low prices but actually charge more money. When I arrived at the store, my pizza was ready as promised. There was only one other name on the screen, which is odd, as this location used to have a line of people waiting in the past. I was the only customer in the store, but the clerk / cashier couldn't be bothered with looking away from his cell phone for a minute. Normally, they open the pizza box in front of you when they hand it to you to make sure the order is correct, but he could not be bothered. I opened it myself and found to my surprise that onion skin is now a pizza topping. Maybe I should have specified onion meat? Did I miss that option on the app? My bad, I guess. I made the mistake of asking for red chili flakes that used to come in tiny condiment packages. Without taken his eyes off his cell phone, I got a "that's extra" reply. I guess he wasn't expecting me to actually want them. I know good employees are getting harder to find, but if a business treats customers like that, they soon won't have to worry about hiring anymore. Piizza not hot. They could not find order, so had to go inside to pick up. Scheduled to be brought out to car. After 10 min. Of waiting went in and they couldn't find order right away. Brought it home, barely warm.
