Pizza had hair cooked in it several slices. Mgr. refused to listen and Corporate office has yet to make this right .. also, they removed my previous review. Replace the manger at this location and check the dough - make sure everyone is wearing appropriate clothing and hair nets, gloves to be sanitary and safe!

This is tough. The people running the actual location: amazing, sweet as pie, try their best to be helpful. The rest was of the experience was nuts. Tried to buy one small pepp pizza for my kids. Tried website, they have a deal for a medium for 7 bucks. Perfect. Delivery total? 32 bucks. Nope. Tried to set for pickup? Site crashes over and over. Try calling? Go through 15+ minutes of automated menu then corporate call center, then sitting on hold. Try just driving there. Zero parking. Literally ZERO. Just...I just wanted a small pizza for the kids man. Lol. Wild.

Never going to this one again bc I literally order the same thing every time I go to a Pizza Hut but can’t get it at this one???? Oh yeah, then he hung up on me!!!

Mixed bag of service. The one employee was very nice and she was interested in providing great service. Her co-worker was more interested in chatting her up (I think he liked her) and followed her around like a lost puppy. It was awkward to watch and experience. He did it for the 30 minutes I waited for my food. 5 stars to her ... 1 star for him.
Pizza Hut as it is, is so-so. We all know what we're getting. But now this location is cutting corners by using door dash. As usual with Door Dash, they went to multiple other stops after getting my food and then got lost in my neighborhood. After the 45 minutes it took to go 2.1 miles and 3 phone calls with someone who doesn't speak English, I finally got my pizza... which was ice cold and gross, as expected. The whole thing went right in the trash. I called the location and they said the manager would call me Monday and coordinate a refund... which of course did not happen. There's too many pizza places around to deal with this nonsense. Never again. Please save your time and money by going literally anywhere else.

The Big New Yorker was garbage. Pizza Hut has really gone down hill. The ingredients taste like salt filled imitation. This is the second time I've been disappointed. Going forward I WOULD NOT TAKE A FREE PIZZA FROM PIZZA HUT!!!!

Horrible service today. First off.. the app for the scheduled pick up time was wrong. It took an additional 20 minutes. But I understand that is not the employees fault. But once I got there, I unfortunately spoke with Ashley. From the time I stepped in, she was extremely rude and had no type of customer service. Once my order was finally ready, I explained to Ashley my pizzas were placed in the warmer. Ashley stated she knew and would get them in a second and continued do some type of paperwork for a few more minutes. I then began to ask a worker in the back for my pizzas. Ashley again told me to hold on and she will get them. I understand sometimes it's busy and these things will happen. But once my pizzas were done, there were not other customers at the business. Ashley was just rude, had no concept of customer service or common courtesy.
