Came here last minute for a birthday dinner, party of 20 + and everything was amazing food was hot and came out fast, customer service was amazing from all staff the guys were awesome and Carmen was so so amazing gave the kids lollipop and color pages would so recommend this location.Dietary restrictions: My husband is vegan and ate here just fine.

Was inside eating and watched a worker become unhinged. One of the workers tried to fight another customer as well as said several racist slurs to the customer. Will not support this location any further.

My order was over 20 mins late and I was never told when it arrived. I used contact less delivery. Who knows how long that food was outside it was cold.
We arrived at 9:15. A guy yelled someone said dine in was closed even though the hours on line and the door said they are open until 12:00

We had a very unpleasant experience at this location. Initially we were told we could order our pizza and dine in as the business hours indicated they’re open until 1am.The first of many issues was the long wait time when we arrived and being completely ignored by the staff to place an order. Finally, a nice gentleman came out from the back and took our order.The second issue was when my name popped up on the screen that my order was ready, my husband politely asked if we could get our pizza and was shut down with a shrug of the shoulders and was told that they didn’t know.Lastly, they finally called out my name, as we had worked over a 12 hour shift, we were as excited as ever to finally get a meal in after a long hard day of work only to be told the dining room was closed and we had to leave. When my husband politely asked if we could just eat for 10 minutes since it was 12:40, we were told the dining room closed the moment they stopped taking stores.None of this made sense to me because having working in this field for many years I have an understanding that the business continues to work until the end of business hours. I asked to speak to the manager and as rude and passive aggressive as he was to say “I am the manager” with a very sarcastic smile made us very upset and ruined our dinner. I asked for his name and he said his name was Adam and that we had to leave. Terrible experience. Highly disappointed.

I ordered my pizza on the phone. I waited 90 minutes to make my first follow up call. The same person who took my order answered and told me to wait a little longer. I called again and I found out the street address and my number was incorrect. I blame the person who took my order! Kid seemed to be goofing off while he took my order.

I ordered a stuff crust pizza with pepperoni & sausage on the pizza hut app. It was a pre-order done at 9:30am for a 5:30pm pickup. I was planning to eat this pizza for dinner. However, I noticed that the pizza looked dry and very little toppings. It had no flavor and tasted very dry. It seem like the pizza was made hours early and then sat in a warmer. Please be aware of making pre-made order on the App. It may just be made hours early and drying out in a warmer.

We had daughters 1 yr old birthday party here, carmen and her staff were great, all the food was ready right on time and they were very helpful with the setup, clean-up and whatever we needed.
