so about a month ago I stopped in a rewards member who spends good money at many pilots , and have never had an issue till this one in Rialto the manager watched me go pay and unfortunately my payment declined so I stepped away so I didn't hold up the line and used the restroom and checking my payment options and why it declined as I'm fixing my payment method he send a coluege in to public announce and accuse me of trying to steal when I hadn't even left the store she said to the woman with the bag of stuff she's stealing my manager is waiting for you to come out I said miss I attempted to pay and had to pee so I decided to fix my payment and id be right out to pay for the stuff so when i went out he said your band come with me to the front so we can see if it totals out to what it said when you walked away from your declined card 35 with change and I said sir it declined because my card was locked but I had to pee I didn't leave the store I wasn't stealing and here I'm paying and he said no you're band and leave the stuff and I was just in awe that he just singled me out and accused and assumed and didn't even let me make the payment . I'm a tax payer and have worked in customer service over 10yrs I'm 27 and I know my right I left quietly and he had me sign nothing so he didn't actually put anything on file or ban me like a manager should so about a few weeks go by that pilot was on my route and I stopped and he yet again singled me out and I proceeded to tell him he didn't ban me properly he told me do you remember me I said yes but you didn't do it on file but here I'll go if you'd like but I'm calling hr and he said you're a lil bitch aren't you his name is David I believe or Daniel he is the manager calling a 27 yo out of her name innaproriatly saying you look like that no wonder it declined last time I said I hope your cameras have audio and he said they do and I said that's perfect you're a manager and you're completely out of line id like to proceed for a report to so we go outside he calls as he's still calling me names and then takes a picture of me with his personal phone and I said sir you can't take pictures of paying costumers with ur person device without there consent he said he didn't give a fuck and told the office he was supposably on call with I refused to leave I said were outside and I'm not refusing to leave were doing this the right way and he hung up with officer and I said you lied and said I was refusing to leave he said lets wait inside for him to arrive I said so you can lie soke more and say i stayed inside you just saif i refuse to leave now your inviting me in you're all messed up i told him hr will have a field day with this . it's public harassment and inappropriate conduct and he personally making it about my looks and making comments of my declined payment that's humiliation and so wrong . please Rialto get a new manager and get the audio from Nov 7th around 10am I think it's all there for you to hear and see him single me out and call me names ands harass me .

ONLY 2 HOUR PARKING. People need a rest stop not just a get fuel and run. We drive for hours then can't rest any where in Los Angeles area nowhere. People are truck haters here. Even the employees.

The worker was gross showing his dirty behind and not wearing a belt and was very gross did not like him handling the food

If you're a trucker, don't come to the flying J in fontana ca. for dinner nor shower. There's no restaurant here and I'm now waiting on my 3rd hour and counting for a shower.

If you need a shower, drive 30 miles to the nearest loves. I promise it will be worth. I've been waiting over 2 hours just to take a shower. Shower lines are not moving. Employees are standing around laughing instead of helping to clean showers. First time here but by far the worst place. They care NOTHING about us hard working truck drivers!

Black lady w/ short hair customer service is horrible ! I've never been to this store & wanted some food at the food station. I was fully aware I would have to get in line but before I did that I went to see the food so I could already know what I wanted before I pondered at the counter. Stood there and ignored me when I asked a simple question and just said get in line.
