This place has gone downhill in a short period of time. Service is horrible !!!!!! I emailed the restaurant and never heard back . I got burnt rice and not just a tiny portion it was almost all of it . I decided to give it another try and this time I got the wrong order . The so called employee was extremely rude, didn't offer a resolution at all and flat out said she didn't know what to do ? Didn't even know her supervisors name.... & Had an attitude from the start . Don't waste your time and money

I was pleasantly surprised with this location. On the outside, it's a very small restaurant but upon entering and looking at the menu, there are A LOT of options to choose from! Not only that, the prices are very reasonable for the food that you get and the overall flavor and quality was great! The staff was also very helpful and polite during my time there.

They have a wide variety of topping options! I have never seen a Poke restaurant have Tamago as a topping choice and I was unsure about getting it, but it was perfect! Definitely will be eating here more often.

This place is terrible. Low quality food , terrible cleanliness and general housekeeping and it smells bad. All the fish just looks old no matter what time of day you go. Their hours seem to change all the time and it's way overpriced for old fish and bad rice and they try and hide it by dumping on way too much sauce. Just don't eat here. it's gone waaaaaaaay down hill.

Every time I pass by this place is always closed. Says they close at 10pm it was 8:55 when I arrived. As a business owner, how do you expect to make money if you're always closing early.
it's always great to see the reviews. From when I read here, I will not be going to this place. Small portions for a pricey amount. That's not good. I wish your company luck

I wish Poke Hana had bowls that were already created . It has the same feel to a subway routine . It's interesting to try for a first timer - beware of the food not being cooked & maybe some raw salmon . Not to bad but it's always better to go with someone who knows how mix ingredients. The workers always help guide when needed & there's hardly ever a line when I show up - so If you're looking for a healthy meal at a fast pace -this place is it

This is the first time I'm commenting on a while on Yelp, but had to say something. The small was very small, no depth to the bowl (not a bowl) had to upgrade to a medium. But just finished my meal, and felt like 80% rice in the bowl, with very light servings of protein. Definitely not going back, but was in a time crunch so had to take the chance here.
