It took long to order and wait for food. The food was ok, but the restrooms are badly taken care of. They are dirty and smell bad. Just by being in the restroom, your appetite is killed.

I love the food here. It always tastes delicious and makes for a great late night meal. Moreover, the service is excellent. Rafael is kind and courteous and always makes the experience worthwhile. I think it's hard to count on a consistently good experience, but he and his team make it happen.
First the food is overpriced and the quality has went from hero to zero. The strips are so thin they are more crust than chicken. My strips were barely even warm. They were also dry. They used to have the best gravy bar none. My gravy was so watered down it had no flavor. So I exchanged my 2nd mash potatoes for Cole slaw it was also watered down no flavor. Seems like to save money and keep profits they are sacrificing the quality of their food. For what their food cost sorry Popeyes I expect way more. Popeyes is now officially off my list of places to eat. Not the first time my chicken was barley warm. But there gravy is what kept me going back. Now that's water. Bye Popeyes so done. Canes is way better for the money!

I got chicken tender they were cold. I gave them to a cat outside when I left. They had a bunch of chicken sitting ounder the lamps. I asked how long they had been sitting there, and he said some for 5 minutes, the others for 3. Well mine were longer than

Every time I come to this location I always notice an issue don't get me wrong the cooks and cashiers are always nice. My main issue is with the so call manager every time I come to buy food I notice he's always very rude to whom ever voices an issue. Unfortunately today I guess it was my turn I came in at 8:15 PM mind you they close at 10:00. When I was placing my orders I said I wanted Spicy Tenders meal. He said No we're out the kitchen is closed!! I questioned it and said but you close at 10:00 there's not way you can make more? He rudely said No the kitchen is closed and that's my job... management need to retrained in customer service.

This is for the over priced Popeyes on Sierra Lakes. It's no wonder there weren't any customers in the drive thru or inside for that matter. Now don't start judging me regarding my frugality. I spend much money on every& occasionally want so called fast food. I'm in the same economic situation as everybody so only want fair ( for post pandemic high prices) ones. I realize supply/demand are imbalanced presently & gas prices are exorbitant; but you use this location if you want & be over charged.
The seasoning on the chicken sandwich smelled amazing and was a true pleasure! One of the best locations i have visited!
