I just letting people know when I walk in this store soo many people was friendly one employee there that was super cool was a Beautiful lady name Veronica we was talking about how an employee sound soo cute I thought she was a child but that moment let me know this employee was super amazing she has communication skills in customer service well dad Veronica you made me feel special when I walked in the store. I feel funny because five years ago I used to come in a store and feel like nobody wanted me in that store because of my color but you made me feel just right at home. Thanks Veronica you're a super Duper employee and that's why I'm writing this store at five. Stars

I am a instacart shopper, I was just shopping in Superior on Foothill and Citrus,ok I needed something from the meat department as I waited my turn ( patiently) the young man looked at me ,( he made eye contact) and then begin to help the lady who had just walked up, mind you I'm black and he is a Hispanic/ Latino ,he did this to me twice. I did speak with the manager about his behavior. Am just saying this needs to stop the color of my skin shouldn't have anything to do with you waiting on me

Excited to see they sell fresh Rambutan and Jackfruits , unfortunately jackfruit looked so green and nope ripe yet . Rambutan at 2.99 lbs it's fresh and huge and juicy. My first time seeing negro chayote never had it before, the skin felt thicker then the light green version .

This was our first time here and we normally don't shop at this grocery store, but all the other DMV kiosks that were close to us, their kiosk was down or wouldn't accept credit cards.We drove all this way just so my hubby could get his new car registration because this is more convenient than going to the DMV. You pay a small service fee for this convenience, but he didn't want to stay in line at the DMV.Easy peasy!

This is regarding when I put in a application and I gotCalled by Leona, she left me a voicemail saying she wants to discuss my application. Everytime I kept calling an employee would answer and tell me she's not there. I called again & I told the lady that I would like to speak to Leona and then she asked me what is it regarding (first of all that's none of her business but I told her anyways just so I could get transferred to Leona) I told her it's regarding a application that I put in. And then she told me what about it? And I replied back what do you mean what about it? It's regarding a job and I'm assuming she wants to talk about it. And then she proceeded to mock me. & tbh that caught me off guard so when I get nervous I tend to stutter and she was mocking me on that too. So I told her if she could just transfer to me to Leona so we can discuss about my application. And she told me that Leona doesn't even do the hiring. Idk why Leona called me then or idk if that nasty attitude employee was lying. (But I still like shopping there, just know they got the most rudest employees).

I stopped shopping at superior years ago because of the rotten meat I bought 2 visits in a row. One was chicken, the other was shrimp. I had to throw both in the trash when I opened the bags. The fact that their chicken is ALWAYS on a rack on the floor should have been a red flag for me. I know how important it is to keep meat, especially chicken, at safe temperatures. And a safe temperature is not achieved by leaving the meat on racks in the middle of the floor. If I am shopping for produce I may go there, but that is the only thing I'll buy at superior. In addition their prices are too high.

I understand that grocery stores prices have increased due to food shortages, workers, Covid, etc, but I feel like Superiors prices have increased far more than necessary. I should not have to go to a German owned grocery store in California to get the same products for far less. I really think companies like Superior are taking advantage and using some issues to increase there profits. When food cost come back down I will not go back to shopping at Superior. On a positive note this store is always really clean.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND shopping at SUPERIOR. I was disgusted with 3 employees today while I was about to check out. They were Racial profiling and blatantly accused 3 African American young men of not paying for something. They loudly called them out asking if they paid for that... asked them back 2x. zmOne of them returned to point out that he had put the skittles back because they weren't scanning. (self check out). They were nice young men. he just nodded his head and walked away. I couldn't believe their behavior. I made a comment to the older male employee about how wrong that was, and he was oblivious... he didn't get why I was upset about how they handled it. I will no longer be shopping at Superior, I will share my experience with others. Superior employees need better training or better employees.

First of all, I would like to express my feelings about how I want to make this my go-to store, because it is in my neighborhood. This is my first time coming here and I had a bad experience. I asked Delicia to please clean the conveyer belt as it was STICKY AND CLEARLY DIRTY, at first it did bother her that I asked her to do her job (which part of it is to keep a clean environment, in this case her register) she took her sweet time and exaggerated in cleaning, but at the end she realized that her register did need some cleaning and changed her attitude towards us at the end, so thank you Delicia for your service, I appreciate it.While Delicia was finishing up her supervisor, Lydia, came over and told her to stop cleaning and to not clean the rest of the register as it was "okay". The supervisor also did say some things between her teeth and I caught her saying that the cashier only needed to clean one part of the register and not all of it. For her to be a supervisor, she needs someone to teach her how to be one and how to have good customer service. I hope the store manager takes this into consideration in enforcing cleanliness and notices that this can violate the health department's codes and regulations.

Went in to buy some skirt steak $12.99 a pound. And that was with a little tag that said Managers special. Went to Staters and paid $4.99 a pound for better quality meat.

There is rumor that this store had an employee that tested positive for covid-and was sent home -however they failed to test anyone else - or close the store for cleaning ???
