If I can give 0 stars I would! This damn joint first of all had some terrible customer service! The little teenage girl would roll her eyes every time we asked for something! Restrooms smelled so disgusting one toilet was flooded and dirty, I came out and told the girl and she rolled her eyes, when pizza came we got some dirty I mean dirty plates I told her if she can get us some clean ones and again rolled her eyes lol. Then my sister in law asked for the plates again and said please! And rolled her eyes againnnn! Lol. Then they turned off the AC from our side, and to top it off the pizzas are like $30+ each, also my fiancé went to ask for a cup of ice they were trying to give him one when the owner said no don't give him that one it's only if they pay. PLEASE!!!! PLEASE!!!! Go elsewhere!!! This place is expensive! Owners are cheap, restroom are dirty! Plates are dirty and customer service SUCKS!!!!.. I promise you'll have a terrible experience if you come here!!

We have a round table Pizza in our neighborhood. The quality of the pizza is good, better than most national chains. My son and I ordered a pepperoni pizza. They are generous with the pepperoni which is great, but it does make it a little bit saltier than I prefer. That's just a preference, no reflection on the pizza place. The reason for the three stars is because of pricing. With so many places offering good deals and specials, I think they could adjust their prices and still provide a quality product. We will be back, but not as frequently as visiting some other places.

When you place a order online at 1:00pm to be ready at 6:00pm and they didn't have it ready till 6:40pm. They clearly are unorganized teenagers running the place. - it's not what I deserve it's what ever one should except when your paying $50 for 2 pizza's you would think it would be good service. The $5 pizza joints have you beat in customer service. Your company is cheap and use cheap labor to profit big off them. You should lower your price of the pizza if you going to be cheap with your employees.

I started inching away from round table because of their high prices and today I decided to give it a try again. Their prices do not match the amount given to you. A medium pizza can be for one person only but cost as if you're paying to feed a family. As I received my pizza, on the way home I notice the sides were burnt, took a bite and indeed tasted like burnt charcoal. I've also never seen dryer pepperoni before until this place.

Just had the worst experience at this location. First off, a customer that was already there started yelling demanding for his money back that he had been waiting over an hour for his pizza. The man was pacing back and fourth walked out and walked back in and started smoking inside the restaurant continued to yell and become verbally aggressive. Nothing was done by management or the team he continued to smoke. All this is frightening while being there and pregnant. The manager not sure if he was but older Asian man apologized for the wait and suddenly pizza was ready and boxed up to go. The man continued to yell left the restaurant. Our pizza was out within 25 min like they said. Our pizza was stale and hard as a rock. The pepperoni was black and burnt to the point that when I touched the pepperoni it snapped like a chip. The pizza had a weird color to it I tried to bite the pizza and almost vomited. We also ordered garlic twist let me tell you they were not cooked throughly and smelled like they were thawed. We did not continue any further and left the restaurant. Will never recommend this place in my life!

Just tried the bread sticks with cheese. I couldnt find anyone posting a picture of it so i decided to try it. I must say they are beyond trash. Complete waste of money. For starters it lacked actual cheese. It literally tasted like flavorless dough. This locations quality has gone downhill. I also purchased the Italian garlic surpreme with original crust. It also tasted like dough. Super thick also lacking flavor. Wouldnt recommend this location.

The pizza does not taste right, and they do not have a simple thing like a pie server to eat in the restaurant comfortably. If instead they hand you a plastic fork and say you can dig it out with this.

The women working tonight was very argumentative and had the worst customer service and gave us a terrible experience and we haven't ate here in years. The women was so rude to my husband trying to use the app for the first time as we are really big about ordering ahead. I don't recommend this location which is heartening because I live so close but will drive out of my way the next time we are craving it. Disappointed to say at the least. Hopefully Management can retrain this associate working tonight 9/30/21 around 8pm.
We ordered a King Arthur Supreme and received the worst ever pizza. We have been shopping at Round Table for more than 20 years. Our pizza had few of the ingredients shown on the menu.Mostly burnt mushrooms and olives. Little meat and lacking bell pepper and other items listed in the menu. The crust was tough. Never again.

This location the pizza is not so great specially for the prices they charge. The pizza was undercooked in the middle and overcooked on the outside. I had the same pizza at a different location in Huntington Beach and the pizza was so good that I decided to give this location another chance. I ordered a large thin crust pizza and 3 bread sticks for $35.00. I don't mind paying the price but I was expecting the same experience I had at the Huntington Beach location. They gave me one ranch dressing and when I asked for one more they wanted to charge me an extra. Doesn't $35.00 at least entitles me to at least one extra ranch dressing!!! I am not going back to this location again anytime soon and I just live around the corner! I gave it two stars because I have to say the place was very clean.

I like Round Table pizza enough that I search for them in different areas that I happen to be in, so I've been to quite a few. This one in Fontana is the worst. They seriously act like you're bothering them when you go in to order. Salad bar closed, ( I guess it's a COVID thing , so I understand), soda machine out of order. The whole atmosphere was like eating lunch at a morgue. It was the same the last time I was in, but even as rude and Unfriendly as the girl at the counter was I tried it again. But there won't be a third time.
