Lazy baristas. For the past few weeks I come here and order the brown sugar oatmeal shaken espresso and they legit just give me espresso shots, tons of ice and regular 2% milk. They don’t even use oatmilk like the coffee is advertised. Go to another Starbucks. Avoid this one.

Was very patient with me, I did have some complicated orders and she also recommend some great pastries for me to buy for my employees which we all loved. I ordered a drink.It came out wrong.I talked to the manager.They made it right and even through in a little extra for the inconvenience.I'm very happy with them.Great customer service pretty quick service long lines go quick always clean the times I been here I go here about twice a week.And usually i'm able to get in and out

Management and employees are very incompetent. As someone who is close friends with Starbucks management, trainers and Human Resources , I can say this location needs a lot of help with their staff friendliness . Have been here plenty of times and always get issues with my order with no care for the issue with the exception of a refund. After my mishap with today’s order I will not be back at this particular location. Waiting 40 minutes just to be told I have to wait and my ticket hasn’t been printed is unreal.

I'm so tired of this location let me start by saying a few of these girls are extremely rude!! Not at all good customer service! Always making my drinks incorrect and when I ask nicely for it to be remade I get discusting attitude and it's still made incorrect I just don't understand how every other Starbucks I go to it's always made correctly but this location just all around is terrible if u don't like your job then get a degree because the amount of disrespectful workers there is beyond me

This is my absolute favorite Starbucks location. Every worker is hard working, time efficient and professional. You are greeted once you walk in, & they actually look at you and smile. If you want your order made correctly by baristas who actually care & are kind, go to this store ! 10/10

I literally live right around the corner from this location soFor a while I was just putting up the the horrible customer service but today was the last straw! I go almost every day or every other day and these workers just don't understand that if they have a job it's because of the customers that go and spend their money today I paid 19.65 for two drinks and two food items all to be rushed at the window and to top it off both drinks were so disgusting we didn't even drink them we threw them right in the trash. I tried calling for two hours, and the phone kept ringing as if it was busy so I waited till about 7 PM to call and finally got through to an assistant manager by the name of Savannah I told her exactly what had happened and she said let me put you on hold so I can get your name and put it down in the book but in reality all she did was put me on hold and hope for me to hang up, which I did, and tried to call back again and obviously because I was still technically on hold, the phone rang busy it is now 7:46 PM and still haven't been able to get through. I will no longer be taking my business to this location. They are unprofessional and don't care about their customers I will be contacting corporate. And I only gave it a one star because I have to.

The baked items are always so good. My go to is the Chocolate Cake Pop. I love chocolate and the calories are not incredibly to bad. The service is always, always so wonderful. I always leave thinking to myself that the parents of these kids (I'm a Grandmother) should be so proud of these kids working here. Their Boss as well. They are just so good and so nice and helpful. The ambiance is always busy. People coming in and people going out. Workers, working.
