This is the absolute worst Starbucks in my area. Every time I come here theres an issue with my order or attitude from the baristas. Today I ordered the same drink I get almost everyday-“ A brown sugar shaken espresso, with the Oatmilk shaken in with the espresso”. I like it this way so the espresso isn’t just sitting at the bottom of the drink.Barista- “YEAH- thats how we make it, its a SHAKEN espresso” . I had to explain why I ask for it this way…. I mean Im paying damn near $9 for a coffee it should be to my liking… and these people still ask for a “tip”To do their job.Get a grip. Management- do better. Your employees suck.

I came here to get an iced Chai tea latte with a scoop of matcha AND THEY JUST PUT THE SCOOP OF POWDER ON TOP!!! They told me they don't shake the Chai so I would have to order a different drink for them to shake or even mix it. Seriously??? I get that drink EVERYWHERE and never have a problem. It wasn't even busy there. How hard would it of been to just put it in a shaker? Aren't Starbucks drinks craft drink? SMDH

This location is filthy. The lobby is a mess , trash all over the floor and tables. The bathroom was worse then a gas station bathroom. Then to top it off the girl taking my order made me feel stupid for not remembering the name of the drink. They do not have all the drinks listed so I said it based off of memory. Not sure if there is new management, but at least clean the bathrooms.

Went through the drivethru. They got the drink size wrong. They forgot the only good item. When I went back I called and let it ring and ring twice and got hung up on. Finally got out of the car and went inside..so no ..not their best day.

I frequent here to work on my laptop and the baristas are always SO nice!!!! They keep the place clean and always get my orders right. I don't have a single bad thing to say :)

Coffee is always good, and staff is always great. However, I wish Starbucks would hire at least 1 person to focus on cleaning up. I write this not as a jab towards the baristas but I think corporate doesn't understand the amount of work and responsibility the people working already have.
