My family has been going to this subway for years now. Always accurate with our orders. There’s an employee, Juan, who is always so kind and helpful. Honestly, the best customer service I have experienced from a fast food service place is from Juan. He strives to make ordering as easy as possible. He also helps us save money by telling us about what rewards we have available to redeem.

This location is a location you should avoid. They do not honor in app deals, so you end up paying more for your sanwhiches. They also do not make your sandwhich as good as nearby Subways. Avoid this greedy Subway and get a better sandwich for less at a nearby location.

Best subway ever, their bread is nicely sized and the staff is not stingy at putting meat unlike many other locations. They have plenty staff as well.

Ordering 2 sandwiches, I see a bug on the white paper of my second sandwich, while my first sandwich is being wrapped up. I’ll pass on this subway if I was you and they had the nerve to still charge me for that one sandwich without the bug ??‍♂️. I’m really the dummy to still pay for it.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!! So I order from this subway every day before work, and I get the same thing everyday. Every time I get my sandwich it comes burnt, this is has been going on for about 2 weeks now, and today I ordered online again and not only were they 15 min late to my order they didn't add buffalo to my Buffalo chicken sandwich! it's literally in the name Buffalo chicken sandwich! Basically to anyone looking to get subway don't get it from this location at all trust me.

Can't speak for the food. I assume that since it's Subway, it's fairly standardized. But 4 workers is way too much in the small area. They were all confusing one another, slowing the sandwich making process SIGNIFICANTLY. and they weren't sticking to one area of the table. They kept switching around. Train them again.

Hands down best Subway location and staff ever! Krystal made my tuna sandwich with exceptional care to please my annoying picky order. She made me feel so welcomed and like it truly was her pleasure to get my sandwich perfect! I feel so blessed to be served by her.❤

Skimpy sandwhiches. Did not have Italian Herb bread. Did not follow instructions of EXTRA lettuce. 3 tomatoes were placed on my sanwhich. Shredded chicken was barely visible. No sweet onion sauce was added on when requested. Place is not worth it. Robbed. This order was to go. Lost a customer. Sticking with the great, Firehouse subs.
