Careful with manager not washing her hands after handling cash. I was here today at around 2:45-3pm and a manager was disgusting that washed hands for 2 seconds. I immediately told her to wash her hands properly. She laughed and did it correctly. You may ask what’s correctly. At least for 30 seconds a minute maybe with soap and water. She then says I wasn’t going to help you. Yeah right. Then why ask me for help and what I wanted. Disgusting management. Now I’m worried how they prepare there food. The next lady was helpful and nice. She actually washed her hands correctly. I probably won’t be coming here. No wonder I haven’t had subway in a while. Better get bread, ham, cheese from next door and make your sandwich for a week. Save your self money. I’ll probably start doing that from now on. Would hope food inspection gets involved.

Ordered on the app and when I went to pick up my order, they were out of Churros. The employee told me I could get cookies or chips. If I wanted a refund it would take 5-9 days! They also told me they couldn’t process my refund because technically they were on a break for the next 11-12 minutes. As I was waiting for them to clock back in, they went back to working on the line making sandwiches and taking orders, there were only 2 employees working on a pretty busy day! Instead of waiting for a refund, I opted to take the cookies so that I could leave. I never have problems with ordering through the app, but this visit was the worst!

Today I went in to subway because I had gotten a coupon in the mail. I was helped by an older lady. I didn’t get her name it was not on the receipt. kThe coupon was for a foot long for $9.99 as I was about to pay I had ask the lady I wanted to substitute my cookies instead of chips as I always do. She denies my request and told me I couldn’t get chips if I use my coupon. She needs to be retrained you can substitute chips for two cookies.

Older lady was nice but the lettuce was brown, veggies looked not fresh. She toasted the sandwich for like 5 seconds only. The meat and chees were like barely warm. She folded the sandwich like halfway and everything fell out when I opened it. Will never come to this subway again.

This is my second time at this subway in 2 weeks. The worse service ever. First time it was an older lady. She made my sandwich so bad. When I opened it to eat it everything was falling out. Second time, which was today was the same. It was a younger girl. She and another guy around her age were talking the entire time just messing around and not paying attention to what I was ordering. When she cut the bread, she literally destroyed it it just looked so grossed when I opened it to eat it. I'm done with this place, I really hope they change their employees or teach their current employees how to work.

The chubby lady that works there has a terrible attitude. In the last week I've went in twice and she seems miserable. She needs serious etiquette in customer service. I will NOT be going back to this location as long as she's there. Thankfully, another subway is just down the street

I order on line and suopse to be ready in 20 min. and after 30 min my order was not ready ..why? Just because the person in charge was servicing other clients ...so I w have to wait another 40 minutes in order to get my order ...verry bad service At this time
