Oh no!! This food was barely edible!! We ordered tofu salad- barren and flavorless, the dressing was okay; combination fried rice- rice was mushy, dish was flavorless; beef teriyaki - what was going on there? It was terrible! It had absolutely no flavor, it didn't taste anything like teriyaki; the rice that was served with it was extremely mushi; spicy garlic edamame: I had to wash the overly salty sauce off of it just to eat it; subpar California rolls; Ramen, plain, mushy noodles, and very salty. Gyoza was edible. Service was also not good; unfriendly. It was a total disappointment. This place should be avoided if you want a good meal.

This great little, quaint sushi restaurant really gives a great dining experience.Just a big enough restaurant to feel cozy and/or romantic to enhance the dining ambience. For dinner we ordered the mango chicken appetizer, very yummy. 2 hand rolls one, cucumber/ avocado and vegetables tempura, again, so yummy. Spicy tuna roll and beef noodles. For dessert, chocolate mochi. From the beginning, middle and ending experience at Summa Sushi, our entrance greeting, waitress very accommodating and delicious food, we look forward to visiting again soon!

In short, the food took too long, some of our oder was missing, and there was hair in the rolls.The details, if you're interested: while the waitstaff were hopping and doing their best to provide great service, everything else was zero stars. We waited way too long for our food. They only had 2 sushi chefs for the entire restaurant, which was packed at the time. One roll never even made it to our table.Once we finished eating, we ordered another roll and requested they also send the forgotten roll. We waited so long, again. We finally gave up and asked for the check. The staff was super apologetic and they gave us the 2 rolls for free, which were magically done when my husband went to pay. We took them to-go, since we had already been there well over an hour. However, when we got home we discovered that one of the rolls had several pieces of short, black hair in it. Not dissimilar to the hair of the sushi chefs who, upon later reflection, I realized hadn't been wearing hairnets or hats. We only discovered the hair because I removed a piece of fish from the top of the roll and could then see the hair in the rice. I was disgusted; how much hair did we consume in the restaurant?? It's been a few days and I still feel queasy thinking about it.We were passing through on our way home from a trip and it was the only place in the area. I'm so glad we don't live there, with that place as the closest option for sushi.

The rolls were delish, the service was terrible.we kept asking for items like an extra plate, a straw, a refill on water, napkins and asked 3 times and never got them. Only for the rolls for takeout will i go there.

There are couple great sushi chefs there that make amazing rolls. Ariel is for sure on top of his game. They are super nice and the rolls are amaze balls.
