The food came out looking like promo pictures, fast, hot, and the staff were very polite. Tonight’s crew has it together. The cantina taco is great with the sauce.

"please use the kiosk to order" then it doesn't offer paper receipts so when they mess up your order you can't prove it without having given Taco Bell your email. Messed up order, took too long.

If could give 0 stars I would! Went to this location for a beefy 5 layer (thankfully there was sour cream this time), and a Mexican pizza. The Mexican pizza taste disgusting. Either the oil needs to be changed or whatever little toaster this place uses needs to be thoroughly cleaned. The flavor was literally disgusting took one bite and spit it all out. Horrible, do better.

So I came to this location at 9 pm on 11/15 and the lady was so rude over the speaker and was rushing us to order and had no manners what so ever . I get it it is late but sound like you like your job her name was Linda . Food was fine but overall bad experience with this location . Someone needs to teach her manners on how to speak to customers .

Seriously unacceptable. This Taco Bell is open until 2am. I show up at 10:45 and go through the drive thru, the screen for ordering is off so I wait a bit and then drive around. There’s people inside preparing food and so I try to get their attention and nothing. I pull around. The open sign is lit up and the people are still inside. I go to the door and it’s locked as they close at 10 on the inside. I ordered an online order and had already paid for it and this is NOT the first time this has happened at this location.

Worst service ever no one was able to take my order had to do it my self. Why have employees so they alll just stand around and take so long to get the food readyand no receipt and now i need to get charged again. Ridiculous

my sister was craving a taco bell chicken quesadilla so i went to go buy her one. she was fine eating the quesadilla until she took a bite and felt something weird in her mouth. she pulled out a long, thick strand of hair and immediately stopped eating her quesadilla.upset that this had happened, i called this location and asked if we could be compensated for this and the manager (who was already on the phone) had told me we can come pick up a fresh new quesadilla or pickup anytime WITHIN A WEEK. my sister discovered the piece of hair on her last piece of the quesadilla so by then she was already full. i felt it was really unfair that this manager only gave us a week to pickup a quesadilla as if we plan out trips to taco bell way ahead of time?????? if it were any other fast food restaurant, they would give as an UNLIMITED time to redeem our free food. the manager said the reason why they give us a week is because they clear their notes every week? like is it that hard to just keep a solid physical list in the office with names? or is creating a digital log of all this not possible? anyway i'm just really upset that this happened to my sister and that the manager at this taco bell was not cooperating with customer needs.

Dine in closes at 10pm. Walked in at 9:40pm for take out and they refused me service, decided they were closing dine in early. I wasn't even staying, I just prefer to order inside. Told them this and they were rude and still kicked me out. Completely unprofessional, they didn't even have a line in drive thru and were doing nothing. ?

Kiosk. I would rather have a human take my order. The counter person informed me that I had to order from the Kiosk, said if I waited, an employee would come and help me. I want to order at the register, not a Kiosk. A Kiosk will not answer my questions or special orders. I spoke to the manager, explained that I understand the company's logic to use Kiosk's. It saves the franchise owner money. I informed the manager that it's MY choice where to eat, there is a Del Taco close by. If they insist on MAKING customers use a Kiosk, I'll spend my money elsewhere. The manager was professional but agreed to have someone take my order. The cashier made a couple of suggestions, I ordered what she suggested. The food was good and the cashier was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The bottom line is when I come back here and I'm directed to the Kiosk, off to Del Taco I go.
