I walked in, stood by the counter to order my food. I’m the only one in there nobody came up to talk to me or ask me for my order for at least a good eight minutes when they did approach me, they told me to order from the screen tablet I wish they would’ve told me this in the beginning as I walked in I only have a 30 minute lunch the two guys in the back talking about things on the phone One lady was on lunch as I walked up to ask him can I please get my cup he told me to hold on he’ll give it to me With my order I don’t see what the big deal is I was thirsty I wanted something to drink And then, when I received my food, I ordered four tacos and one cheesy Gordita they gave me three mild sauce. I asked if I could have a couple of extras. He gives me three more OK as I’m eating my tacos all I was tasting was The shell and lettuce I opened it. There was so little meat inside, same with the Cheesy gordita. and the tortilla on the outside was cold and still kind of raw maybe it tasted raw because it was cold if I’m paying 16 something dollars for a meal I think I should get a decent meal for it I didn’t want to ask for them to fix my order because they were already giving me a attitude for asking for extra sauce like it was a big thing I didn’t want them to spit in my food or something. I will never never come to this taco Bell Off Cherry again never first time experience At a Taco Bell restaurant There was even a young man that came in for an application, and I’m guessing it was the manager. It was giving him an attitude for not filling out something right he gave him back the paper and gave him an attitude. I don’t know what’s going on with this new generation so sad never again.

Disappointed because they screwed up my order. I asked twice if everything was in my order, and they said “Yes”. Only to find out when I got home they forgot two items in my order. Didn’t want to waste gas going back so anyone who places a order there check your order before leaving to make sure you have everything you ordered.

I used to like Taco Bell so I was happy when they opened one within walking distance. I've been probably 5 times in the last 2 years and not once was my order correct. I don't know how they stay in business. No one cares when you tell them either.

I Taught I Had Found My Go to Taco Bell.. Placed On Online Order For The Breakfast Crunchwrapped. Just For Me 2 Get There And For Them 2 Tell Me The Car In Front Of U Took All The Egg. Like WTH!! I places On Online Order Should Be Ready When I Get There. And Atleast Apologize And Dont Give Me Attitude About Specially when It was Your Mistake.

Terrible customer service - The cashier is too busy trying to make a sale on offer up or something - Travis needs more training. Travis came holding his dirty skateboard and went back to work without washing his hands. No wonder there are cockroaches here.

If I could give this no stars I would these dumb workers don't know what there doing napolian dynamite was acting like he didn't even know what was going was no help at all came with a group of coworkers some paid cash well tried to pay but the clerk at the register ignored the fact that they wanted to pay and didn't even ask if they were waiting for anything or if they needed anything some of them didn't even eat because they ignored them at the register and the best part it was slow and empty so there was no excuses !!!

Ordered on the screen for convenience and it was worse. Sat down for my order, no one acknowledged me. I had to ask for my order. They didn't know why I was there. Order took about 20 minutes. Good bye customer service.

Typical Taco Bell. Slow and gets half your order right or wrong and somehow all this happens while the restaurant is empty. Go figure.Worst part of this location are ghetto/dumb people that hangout outside in the parking lot. Smaller Asian dude driving a beat up gray Kia sedan was barking at two kids and then tried to approach me. Luckily I had to go but if I wasn't a rush, I would have beat him like he stole something

Service was honestly really good. However I ordered a potato taco and I kid you not it felt like I was eating rocks in a tortilla. The potatoes were very stale and hard. Also got a Doritos taco and it didn't have very much beef lettuce or cheese inside. I have personally work at a Taco Bell before, to me this store seems to be reusing old products for more profit and skimping on products for the same reason.

Former employee here. Seeing all of these reviews gives me bad memories honestly. All of our training was on the computer, our seasoned employees that were supposed to teach us treated us like shit, management rushed us basically saying every order had to be out in about 50 seconds or so and we'd get bashed if we didn't, no one showed us food safety, we would accidentally drop things and they'd just tell us "just put it out we don't have time to drop more we're in a rush" on top of other gross things. I was there august 2021 to Jan 2022 and reading the reviews from back then are really accurate to how thing were going. The system wasn't down, we had people on break and didn't have enough people to put orders out. Inside was closed cuz there were 2 people max and we could barely keep up with drive thru. Always shortages, people who did inventory were awful at it. Oil genuinely was always dirty. The card reader did really go down all the time and management never gave us enough change to give any out. God there's so much more I could go on about. Had employees stealing from the vault and getting drunk on the job then denying it was them when we found the bottles. The energy there was awful and everyone kinda just fed off of each others negativity. It was so bad that the franchise that bought us sold us and that franchise didn't do any better. I was fresh out of high school and having this place as a first job was horrid. Yes, people were drunk and high especially on the night shift, they were a bunch of scumbags. Too much shit to list off honestly so I'll just end this off by saying if you value the safety of the food you and your family eat, DO NOT COME HERE. It's a genuine health hazard, I'm not even kidding.
