Doors dash did nothing to help and when I called the store. The women lied and said the manager isn't there. How can a restaurant at dinner time not have a manager on duty. All they had to do was correct my order. Unacceptable. She was rude. They lost a regular customer. With Door Dash my average order a week was $30 with tip.. You can see it's missing the other toppings and sauce. Check my recipe, it shows cheeseburger. It doesn't say any special instructions for it to be plain. UPDATE Door Dash refunded me $3.85 what a joke. Check the picture. I got screwed both ways. Bad business I expect that from Door Dash. But not from Tam's

Food just wasn't that good. I ordered chili cheese fries. Not impressed. The fries weren't cooked well and the chili had an interesting taste. Not the chili cheese fries I'm used to. Thank you

pastrami sandwich super soggy came right home 7 mins away from the restaurant and my bread is falling apart and soggy as heck i couldn't eat it grossed me out i love tams but paying $15.00 for a very soggy mushy sandwich was disappointing i ordered extra ranch and didn't get it the one we did get was super watered down i've always loved the thick creamy ranch so much we order extra and today it's watery and gross chile verde burrito fries extra ranch small chicken tender order 4pc pastrami combo $50

I first have to say I cannot stand the short lady with Glasses at the cashier window. She's rude,looks rude and is cheap on giving out sauces...burgers are soggy and disgusting !! Eat at TOMS burgers on foothill Ave after 4pm you buy 1 burger get the other free!!!! Best burgers in town

Tams here in Fontana is just alright, it's nothing special like the one I'm used to going to in LA. It's abit bland and I don't know if they use difference quality ingredients or distributors but just fell like it's sometimes bland and needs more seasoning.
