I ordered delivery but my drink that I usually order tasted warm & sour. I could not even drink it, it made me nauseous from the sour taste which it usually never tastes that way.

Tealove is now my new favorite for Boba. I used to go to another place very similar to this one and very close on Valley blvd. " I don't want to list the name," but every time I went there. They made me feel very uncomfortable with their attitudes, like it bugged them when I ordered my drinks. I like to see a smile, not a frown. So, one day, I walk into Tealove, and I actually get greeted by an employee who actually seemed happy to work there. So now this is the place where I take my money too. The drinks are great and they have a nice variety of drinks, very colorful ones too. The sizes aren't limited like other places. They have small to jumbo size. Tea Love also offers different levels of sweetness to your drinks from 0 percent sweet to I believe it's 110 percent sweet for your drink. My favorite drink is the Jazime Honey Green Tea with Lychee jelly. In jumbo size. Lol

Went there on a whim as my daughter was here from out of town & she wanted a "treat." I thought my drink was good, however, my daughter & family thought the drinks were "watered down" or "wasn't as good/strong as" the boba place they go to in the area they are from. I would agree that the flavor is not as potent as the place they reference, however, it was still good, in my opinion.There weren't any other customers when we got there. The gal at the register was nice & patient & answered any questions we had.

I always get this drink almost everyday, but now i get today test so bad., i always order vanilla coffe jumbo 25% sweet with rainbow jelly, use to be i love it. Now this drink make me upset. Test so BAD
- Watered down ice water that was still too sweet even when I ordered 25% sweet-Ordered honey green milk tea and instead got honeydew milk tea which I overheard them saying it was my fault. I know what I ordered. - Not sure how they got 4.5 stars -Will go to Ding Tea across the street instead

HORRIBLE customer service. I called in two times and both times the phone was picked up (I could hear background noise of the shop) and hung up. They obviously weren't busy enough for them to immediately pick up my call. If you're not going to answer my call anyways, just leave the phone on ring! And if you are busy, then answer the phone and then let me know that you will get back to me in a bit. If I could give zero stars I would.
