This barista Veronica that’s the name she gave me when I ask for a business card has a really bad customer service and actitud not only I waisted 20 min my drink was not correct to start with they only accepting cash bad attitude bad customer service and short personal working there by far the worst coffee bean location I have ever been and I been a customer of coffee bean & tea for over 12 years .

Today my daughter and I went to buy a Blended caramel ice. Drinks and the view I have never had any bad experience with this place, it's my third time shopping there. But today it wasn't good. My daughter and I were having the ice blended caramel. And a piece of my nail came out, it was very disgusting for me and my daughter and I still feel like vomiting ? ? ??

I ordered a chai latte. There was one person ahead of me. I had to wait so long for my drink, when finally called it was a chai tea not a chai latte. At this point, I was done. Got my money back. Poor communication between staff and customers. Got a ladies name wrong, and she waited around while her drink was already made, and mine was completely wrong. Not coming here again.

The drink was overly sugary, the service was contrite, and I didn't care for the options. I'm trying not to sound petty. I really wanted to enjoy it so I could leave starbucks forever, but this was not the push I needed.

This particular location always has their registers down... always never able to accept card or even cash at the same time. Has been multiple weeks now and still not fixed. the employees are great, dont get me wrong... but cmon now, someones obviously not doing anything to fix the issue.
