came in today April 4 after a 16 hours shift wanted to surprise my wife and two kids for dinner, as my wife and kids are order the girl at the register by the name of Kimberly, not knowingly that my children spoke Spanish she turn and started to speak to her co-wokrers making fun of my children for the simple fact they have forgotten our order number( mind you our bill was over $80+), 20 minutes later as we received our food Kimberly, aggressively hit my son with a hot plate as she place our food on the table, as we explained to her that she just hit my son, she started to raise her voice and get overly aggressive in her tone and gesture, i requested a manager to express my concern and was told they had no manager on duty or supervisor, we been coming to this restaurant for the past 6-7 years, and never have I ever been discriminated against in my 35 years, as one of the employees by the name of Sarah came over to hear what he had to say she assume I didn't speak Spanish " I donnt speak English very well" so I answered her in Spanish and her whole tone and posture change to a more respectful manner,I hope one of the manager or owners get back to us this is very unacceptable

The Menudo tastes like nothing no flavor no salt disgusting this was the worst restaurant I went to all the food we ordered was cold no taste bland food Drinks Great but food awful never again

This used to be our favorite place. The best shredded beef tacos, delicious carne asada, Chile verde, and Chile relleno burritos. The last two visits have been bland and boring. No heat or flavor to the meats. The beans in the chile relleno burrito were a thin layer that was basically non-existent. Breaks my heart.

Well...Everyone is human so I don't get upset when they make mistakes. We ordered to go and they brought it to us on regular plates. Then they forgot my wife's wet sauce that she ordered on the side. The woman never asked us "For here or to go" She assumed we were eating inside. The carne asada was surprisingly decent for a change; Nowhere near the quality of The Hot Spot which is bomb. This used to be our spot, but now it's become a 3rd tier spot for us.

Purchased a wet carne asada burritos and a shredded beef burrito Fri 2.2.24 neither had rice, guacamole or beans which they both come with. I also purchased asada nachos and 1 chicken. I called the restaurant the sane night, the lady on the phone verified my order and said it was taken correctly the kitchen messed up. Ummm it's the same place so don't blame one over the other. Well she said she'll have the manager call me back. 2.5.24 and still no call. I wouldn't recommend this place, not only because of my order but the food just wasn't tasty.

TODAY AT TIOS TACOS ME AND MY FAMILY WHERE RACIALLY PROFILE BY THE CASHIER BECAUSE THERE WAS A WHITE MAN IN FRONT OF US AND BEFORE HIM A MEXICAN MAN AND THEY PAID WITH THERE DEBIT CARD WITH BO PROBLEMS.SO WHEN WE WERE UP NEXT TO ORDER AND FINISHING ORDERING , SHES GONNA ASK TOO SEE MY ID BECAUSE IM PAYING WITH MY BANK OF AMERICA CARD AND I WENT TF OFF BECAUSE FOR ONE SHE DIDNT ASK THE OTHER TWO PEOPLE AGEAD OF USE AND FOR THREE IM MEXIAN AND MY STEP KIDS ARE ALL BLACK AND I FELT A TYPE AWAY AND THAT WAS EMBARRASSING SMH AND THERE WERE NO WARNING NOR HEADS UP IF WE NEED TO SHOW PROOF OF ID WITH A DEBIT CARD .IF YOUR AFRICAN AMERICAN NEVER EAT HERE
