I love all of the food offered. My most favorite are the boom boom chicken tacos. I do wish all locations carried miso soup. Other than that all is delicious!

Both times I've ordered with the app, they've completely messed up a simple order with two bowls. I've had better luck ordering in person. Place is kept fairly clean. Service is usually adequate. The crazy thing is that the food here is top notch super delicious. I had someone greet me as soon as I walked in and they always do. The vibe in there is cool sometimes I sit down and eat here relaxed as always this has been my spot for years. I hate that losers dumb Karen's and low life's try to complain and blame the fast food industry all for a simple refund. I don't care I'll still order here and will be loyal customer as well

I placed an online order for Two Sweet and Spicy Chicken bowls. Upon arrival at the store, I told the cashier that I was picking up my order. She walked to the back and grabbed my order that was already packaged in a bag then handed it me without saying a single word. Anyways, when I got home, I opened my bowls and it was doused in sauce. I was honestly shocked with how much sauce they had in this bowl. It was literally soup bowls. I was only able to take a two to three bites of it but the proportions of the sauce to meat/rice was too overpowering and I had enough of it. I am giving this specific Waba Grill location one star due to the lack of customer service and capability to get a simple order right.

I'm extremely disappointed!To begin with myself and my family and have been frequenting this establishment since it opened years ago.. It's been a while since I have been there due to working out of town...We just left there, we ordered 2 bowls 2 drinks (horchata)...1st - the cashier took her time acknowledging us even after her co-worker ( possible manager) mentioning to her she had customers...(funky attitude at 1st, no smile,appearing not to be happy with job)...2nd-The horchata was watered down... you spend a pretty penny for that drink just for it to taste awful..3rd- When we got our bowl for the 1st time "ever" at any of the Waba eateries minimal rice barely enough meat noting it didn't cover the bowl as it usually is....P.S...I must note the good also..The cashier did appear to lighten up a bid when packing our order and was polite....I hope this finds its way to management or corporate office....I'd like to know what action will be taken to once make this location awesome once again...

Alright so I got a Chicken bowl earlier today and this is what I got more than half my chicken is missing from a standard serving, this is not the first time either I have ordered through doordash from this location and got the same result. This is unacceptable. It also seems I'm not even the only one who has experienced this either just by looki g at the reviews here. Then that one girl with the colored hair on the later shift giving off attitude because I asked for extra green onion. Im avoiding this location from now on. I advise you all to do the same.

After yesterdays update I think todays update is better. There's a new worker @ Waba not sure who he was but Lowk bhad asf. I think I might start cumming to Waba and eating there more often.

More money less foodI was surprise k paid 9.58 for chicken bawl but I was more surprise when I had half plate never again To much
I did an online order and gave me an option to do curbside pick up.Asked for my model type and color of my car so I put all info. Then said to advise when I was there. I got there a few minutes earlier than my order was supposed to be done so I waited thinking they were probably busy. Didn't see much people go in or out. So waited about 5 minutes and nobody came out, so I decided to go in and ask for my order, guy went to the back and got my order that was sitting in the counter and I told him I was waiting outside for them to take it to me and he just said " we don't do that". I was like why does it say in your website and he just said I don't know and turned away from me. There was like 5 workers just standing around so it wasn't like they were busy. Then I get home and my food was cold and my bowls were half empty. That was the worse $47 I have spent on food that half of it went to the trash cause it was not good. Not going to that location ever again.
