The two young girls there do not know how to approach the customers or bothering to ask if there’s anything else the customer needs when you’re just literally standing there waiting.Poor management.Horrible customer service!!

Every time I go get my dumplings which are my absolute favorite things to buy from here there is always a cashier named Raquelyn G. That always makes sure to personally make my dumplings because she knows exactly how I like them cooked well done on the grill . She deserves a raise.

Ordered chicken bowl with no rice, all veggies.Chicken was cooked perfectly, not dry or burnt!Bowl was packed with veggies as well. Definitely got my money's worth, and to top it off the cashier was very sweet. I'm full and so satisfied I had to write a review. Thank you, WaBa Grill!!

I don't recommend places to sway from what they specialize in but I gotta say I tried the tacos they were delicious definitely would get them again also I love WABA grills steak chicken veggie bowl with spicy Waba sauce. Yummy!!! the service was also good. I'll be back

I used to really enjoy WaBa grill. So I went back after a break from it and got the chicken bowl. It was full of rice and paper thin chicken. So disappointed. They don't give you your moneys worth there anymore. Not even close.

Accidentally ordered from this location in south Fontana. I meant to order from location opposite side of city. I noticed right away from email receipt so called number for this store to let them know of mistake and the number said out of service! Are you kidding me? I never picked up food and they refused to issue me a refund. I made the mistake but was not afforded the opportunity to correct right away due to not having any way of contacting the store. Ridiculous! I already filed with the BBB and disputed charges with my bank. They will not rob me and should have done the right thing and have a working phone number.

Decided to stop in for lunch, ordered a waba bowl and a side of dumplings. The service seemed adiquate for your typical run of the mill minimum wage worker atitude, and from a glace everything seemed to be clean and tidy. Yet sadly when i got home to eat the food was sadly mediocre... the rice was still tough, and the chicken felt rubbery. I ate just 2 of the 5 piece dumplings because they felt like they have been sitting under a warming lamp for hours... overall nice place and adiqute customer service but the food was in dire need of some TLC

This location is so dirty and grimy. The lobby needs a deep clean. Customer service is horrible. The gal that took my order was annoyed by my questions and acted as if I was a huge inconvenience. After she collected my payment she went straight to the back and started putting my bowls together! She didn't even wash her hands!!! Food is great at Waba Grill but this service was horrible. And wash your hands for crying out loud!
