Please be careful when buying chicken here they put bones in my chicken and almost broke my tooth.

This place is amazing. Food is always consistent with the quality and taste. Employees are generous. I just wish they recognized their regulars :(I used to come here almost everyday for lunch and get a mini bowl/combo and stack up my rewards points on the app. Only bad thing I can say is that there was two seperate days when I had asked for the restroom key and the same young woman looked annoyed I asked.

Ordered Plate Half Chicken/Beef.The food was good. The team member handed me mine, knowing I didn't receive half & half like I asked, but they corrected the issue when informed.It was hot and humid like a sauna in there so the dine in was uncomfortable.

Every time I go to this waba, I'm always welcomed and greeted as soon as I walk in. I never have to wait a long time, when it comes to them taking my order. Everything is always clean as well. I'm never disappointed when it comes to my food. Everything is always good !

Updating my review: Store Manager Stephanie reached out a couple days later expressing her apologies for my visit. She also offered to accommodate bowls to make it right. I could feel Stephanie was very genuine about the poor experience I had and I appreciated her reaching out to try and make it right. Her leadership and compassion will lead her teams focus on the customer. Thank you for taking the time Stephanie.

I placed an order online at around 10:51am. When I received the confirmation, the pick up time said 6pm. I tried calling the restaurant 7 times to correct the issue because I wanted my food at 11:30am & all I got was a busy phone line. So I show up at the restaurant and told the girl in the front counter if there was any way I can get my food now because the pick up time says 6pm & it was my mistake for not checking. She told me oh I don't have control over online orders; quickly tries to brush me off. That's not what I asked btw. She proceeds to call the manager and the manager tell me "you can cancel the order online and place it again" (mind you I'm on my lunch break at this point). I obviously tried to do that beforehand, but I couldn't. I told her "there's no option to cancel my order on the confirmation I received or else I would've done that." The email I received after placing my order clearly says "If I have any issues to contact the restaurant" which is what I did, but I got a busy phone line. She then proceeds to call the restaurant phone, puts it on speaker to prove a point--- and tells me that the phone line is working fine. At this point I'm feeling disrespected because I felt like she was calling me a liar. See photos on how many times I called and no one picked up! Instead of helping me both girls were trying to fight me on the issue. I don't understand how it was so difficult to make my food and leave a note for staff not to make the 6pm order as I had gone earlier that day. I get it, you don't have control over the online orders, I wasn't asking you to cancel my order, I just wanted my food at a different time specified. Anyway she asks for my phone & starts writing my order down on a receipt paper and she's like why did it say 6pm was that your mistake? and I told her yes it was. How condescending right? smh! They ended up giving me my food and I still said thank you and was straight up ignored. I wasn't rude, mean, disrespectful throughout the whole situation. My lunch was cut short and I wasn't having a good day. Yet I still kept a good attitude. Sorry for the inconvenience I caused you girls, but you need to do better. Learn how to problem solve instead of trying to brush off the problem. If you're working fast food remember customer service is #1. I've been struggling with my mental health; idk if you know what that's like, but you should be more conscious that what you do affects people in a way you might not know. You can change a persons day by being nice, but also by being mean. You deal with people everyday, so do better.

This place has a health score of B. Highly consider eating here because that type of health score can have serious implications. According to the health department it is still safe to eat there. Customer service is average for a fast food restaurant. Hopefully they can get back to an "A."A "B" score can sometimes represent the following: Vermin infestation (rats, mice, insects)Temperature-related offenses (often during holding or prepping)Unsanitary handling (especially inadequate hand washing).

Great experience the food delicious, staff is very friendly and great energy. Also the manager Stephanie is very kind and a problem solver. Highly recommended to visit this location.
