They get soooooo damn sssoooooggggggyy.!!!!! 2nd Never understood why i call ahead to place an order to pick up but they never start it until i walk up and pay. This is on a slow day or busy doesnt make a difference. Why even take orders over the phone in the first place.

Had a burger and a shake from here, ending up vomiting the shake up as well as had a stomach ache, and ended up in the bathroom for a good 45 minutes. Was not fun, all I ate that day as well. Definitely not going back here.

This isn't a review of Five Guys, it is a review of this location. I love Five Guys in general, but the Foster City location is a disaster. Not once has my order been even remotely correct. I always do the mobile order so I know it is correct on that end. List of things wrong on the last order: One regular bacon cheeseburger, one mini cheeseburger. Mini order ended up being a regular with bacon and the regular with bacon became a mini with cheese. The topper? No top bun on the one that ended up being a mini. How do you forget the top bun? When you go to wrap it, the bun is (should be) right there to see. The toppings are sliced with zero care. I like jalapeños, but you get wedges of jalapeño that are pushing 1/2 thick. That is no joke. If there was a next time, I wouldn't be surprised if they simply just put the pepper on there whole and called it a day. The workers don't care at all and the management doesn't care or isn't competent enough to enforce any quality control. This is a good location and it is almost always empty. I wonder why. I'll drive to the one on Ralston before I come back to this one. Shame.

The burger was good as we're the fries. I returned the chocolate shake as it resembled soup. The supervisor that addressed the issues had hickies all over her neck which I guess to each her own but was a bit off putting in a professional sense.

I haven't had five guys in years! Came on a Friday around 1pm and it was empty they just had 4 workers standing Around. Took my order and made it pretty quick. Soft drink machine had lots of drinks not available which was a bummer. I got a little cheeseburger with everything on it. I should've read what comes in it because they have mushrooms which ruined it for me but that's my lesson learned. I drove back to work (no more than 10min away) the fries were still warm and crispy. As I went to pick the burger up, it all fell apart. They definitely need stronger buns. Burger was flavorful but they added way too much mushrooms.

Use the online page.The people working there become easily confused over the phone, and will likely mess up your order whether big or small.The employees working there follow a very linear course, and anything that deviates from the course will cause them to malfunction (does not compute).For example, pickup orders are wrapped in foil. I had requested if they could wrap it in paper or just leave the foil open so the food doesn't get soggy. Sweet summer child, I should have known better.They messed up the order, wrapped the food in foil, and put all the toppings in seperate bowl for me to put on myself.As I said, don't order by phone or even attempt to make the smallest of requests. It will backfire on you.
I love five guys, let's get that out of the way. I have never had a bad five guys burger/fries until I came to this location. First they got my order wrong and when I went up to make them aware and get my order fixed the manager lady was completely rude and seemed bothered that I was even speaking to her. The restaurant was practically empty and I made sure to be nice but she still snatched my receipt and huffed and rolled her eyes that I was asking to get the meal I paid for fixed when they made the mistake. I got my burger fixed but they still left the mistake inside and just added the topping I actually wanted. All in all food was fine, fries are always great but I'll be making the extra drive somewhere else next time so I don't get the attitude with my meal.

We were standing there for few minutes waiting for someone to order for us after a few minutes, this employee ( an Indian guy) first asking us what we would like to order and then suddenly took out his phone tell us that we can’t not order anymore, because is 10pm already. Also he pointed at the cup telling us (smiling weirdly) he could give us some water. We did not come in for A CUP OF WATER. We went in before 10 why couldn’t he tell us that they’re closed at first but telling us when we about to order. Very lousy and rude attitude.

Usually don't write reviews for fast food but I'll make an exception here. WAY OVERPRICED! Cheeseburger for $11?! Regular fries $5.29?! No combos?! Ended up paying over $20 for a meal. Inflation is 8% not 100%! AND the burgers were definitely underseasoned and tasteless. Please change the one dollar sign ($) to $$$. Save your money go elsewhere.
