Overall, one of the worst McDonald's. Been going here for the better part of 20 yrs and the last few yrs the service has gone down significantly. Drive thru is never efficient and the workers are rude and sub par.

Great Service, Unfortunate BehaviorI recently visited the McDonald’s located at 1101 Triton Dr, Foster City, CA 94404 and was thoroughly impressed by the efficiency of their drive-through and the overall customer experience. The staff was friendly, and my order was handled promptly.However, it was disheartening to witness a group of middle school and high school students misbehaving late at night, climbing on the McDonald’s tables and acting disruptively. While the management may have been busy attending to other matters, it would have been appreciated if they had intervened and addressed the situation promptly.Despite this unfortunate incident, I must commend the overall quality of this McDonald’s location. The fast service and pleasant atmosphere make it a convenient stop for anyone in the area. I hope that in the future, measures are taken to ensure that such behavior is not tolerated, maintaining the enjoyable experience for all customers.

Promos leads to shortages at this store. to bad no one knows how to manage... its a lost art. i know people are too mental to do the job....will you ever have promo items???

I love it but the service at this location is horrible. Nobody knew about my order yesterday. The app said my order would arrive at the curbside in 5-7 minutes...after waiting over 15 minutes I walked into the restaurant to see if there was a problem with my order AND YES...a lady grabbed the ticket and forgot to prepare my order...and no one knew anything, everyone said they didn't know. I showed them my order on the app and the store manager told me... wait, I'm going to serve the customers at the checkout and then I'll serve you... TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE! IT TOOK A LONG TIME AND WITHOUT AN APOLOGIZE...

This location does not honor their own coupons nor MacDonald's coupons. I have no idea how can they be part of the franchise if they keep refusing McDonald's coupons. No I will not go here again because aside from that their food is mediocre and service

The food and service were perfect but I had a few issues. The atmosphere wasn't anything special and it was actually full of weird people. And my second complaint is how we were in a huge rush to make it in time for the breakfast.
One of the best McDonald's in the peninsula. Not only are they the cheapest in the area (see the "McCheapest" site), they have Coca Cola Freestyle machines with way more flavors than regular soda machines, they still have the red medium and large fry containers instead of the smaller paper ones the other nearby McDonald's have changed to, and they still have the pump ketchup with the little paper cups.
