Today I stop by for a few drinks. Notice it was pretty busy inside. I was greeted by a young man. He was awesome recommend a couple drinks, he was friendly and patient why we were deciding. Inside was clean and organized seemed like a chill vibe if you decided to stay and have your food and drink. I notice they have many people studying. When our drinks were ready he called out our name and told us enjoy and have a good day. I would definitely come back thanks to the great customer service I received. Nolan keep it up

There's times when the service is great and others when you walk in and have to be like hello is anyone there the drinks are delicious I just wish there new matcha was more consistent some are great and others are grainy and they have run out of Boba a couple times now but I'll keep coming back because the drinks always hit the

I come here way too often lol. Fave drink is the Matcha Soy but all their drinks are pretty good! They do tend to be on the sweeter side so I order all my drinks "easy sweet".

The service isn't as great as the others , the plastic cover machine wasn't working 3 weeks ago and last week they were out of Japanese manga Soy. I never had any issues with the others plus the associates are always great! It's all about management lease get this place right!!!!!

7 Leaves is my go-to for matcha and mung bean tea and this Fountain Valley location happened to be the most convenient location for me to stop at on my Sunday morning drive back from LA. It has a drive thru but I decided to mobile order when I parked, do a quick walk around the strip mall and then grab my matcha soy. It was quick, convenient and the same great taste I'm used to from my normal Irvine locations.

2 stars because the customer service I received with 2 staffs I encountered were exceptional. This location opened up awhile ago near my house so I finally stopped by. I placed an order through the app on 1/5 right before work, I was a little upset it wasn't ready yet but I realized why, there wasn't any boba because it was too early so the worker asked if I wanted something else. I said no. I asked if she can just refund me for the boba only for both drinks. She said it wasn't possible. So she said she gave me both drinks for free, which made my day. I saw my card was still charged so I decided to wait 5 business days maybe it would be refunded. After waiting I still haven't been refunded till this day. So I called last week and let the staff know what happened. He took my info down and said he would leave a note for his manager who comes in next morning. He said the manager would refund me by adding leaves back to my account. It still hasn't happened. 3 weeks later and I still haven't been refunded. So today I decided to dispute my charge. Disappointed that I was lied to and my issue was never taken care of. Not sure if I will be returning.

Tried 7 Leaves for the first time and got a coffee. Coffee was perfect, just as I expected for a Vietnamese coffee! Service was quick, but you do need to ask for a bathroom code to get in.

I love the workers they're always so sweet and kind! But y'all need to fix your sealer or check the seal. I've gone there two times these last few months and my drink is always leaking. Please fix your sealer or check the seal before giving stuff out.

I used to hate 7 leaves but went out to give it another try. Their matcha soy is to die for like wow, has the right sweetness and taste that made me go back again to get another one later that day. Service was quick and efficient with very little wait time for the drink.

I went to this 7leaves on a saturday evening. Not crowded and store was clean. Prices seem ok for a tea store (costs around $5 for a medium size drink). Servers were decent and never felt rushed when ordering. I ordered the oolong iced milk tea with soy milk and it tasted decent. I noticed there are some bad reviews from other users about this location. Luckily for me, my experience was great.

I really hate to give bad reviews, but this location has to be hands down the worst 7 leaves you can go to. Since it's opening, I frequent this location more often as it's on the way to my kids school but geez, the workers have no sense in urgency and they move like snails. They're just kids that more so chat it up amongst each other than actually provide quality customer service. I've stood at the cashier many times with no one in the front to actually serve anyone but 3 or 4 of them are in the back. The drive thru line, even when there is just one car or no car can take up to 15 minutes. 15 minutes to pour a cup of coffee!?! Absolutely ridiculous!! Before this location I've never had an issue with any other location in regards to customer service. They've actually been great but this one. The absolute worst!!
