“Omg ? this small brewery located in Fountain Valley called @steadybrewing is so Amazing. I was driving around and wanted to get a burger and this popped up. I ordered the blue bacon ? cheese burger with fries and got a sour peaches beer ?. The flavor on this burger was just amazing, love how excellent it was cooked and the bacon was crispy and the blue cheese just made it over the top. I am definitely coming back here. “Fun little spot for a good beer and good food. Worth the wait. Staff is friendly and super helpful. They went above and beyond to help my wife on her birthday while she was dealing with our newborn. Can’t wait for the little one to be old enough to come on our next visit!“

“This is my husband and i’s favorite restaurant. They always change up the menu so there always seems to be something new! Pizza is so good and the ranch to dip it is amazing. Desserts are homemade and delicious. My only wish is that they put the homemade Lasagna on the menu permanently. It’s the best I’ve ever had.“

Melissa was amazing and helped me pull the event together super last minute. Our server was 10 stars!! “The food was really good and our waiter was very kind and attentive. It was a really busy night when we arrived but we were able to be seated quickly. Our order came out quickly but there was a delay in my drink. Once it came out the waiter let me know it was on the house since I had to wait a while to receive it. It was still delicious.“

“I was visiting town and my friend and I were walking around the circle. Very cute area and then we saw this brewery. Of course we stopped by for happy hour! Very cool vibe in there. Lots of space! We sat at the bar and enjoyed some beers. We didn't have any food but it did look solid. What I really loved is they have special glasses for their regulars. How cool!!! “A smallish space, it's not what you when you think OC breweries with their big outdoor spaces. However, within the intimacy of the brewery there's some great brews! They work with other breweries and also have their own creations brewed offsite. It's a very chill place to relax with a beer, some games, and something exciting in their tv“

“We stopped here with our dogs after a day at the beach. Pretty good food and beer! We had the fish tacos and the fish and chips. Both were solid. The patio was perfect to sit outside and enjoy the weather and the server helped us immediately. Bartender was cool too. Try this spot!“

“Couldn't recommend this place enough. When we came we had never heard of this before so didn't understand you should call ahead or make reservations. We waited in line for probably 45 minutes and we're seated. The dining outside is really charming and the food was absolutely incredible. We loved how dietary friendly the food and drinks options were. Cannot wait to go here the next time we visit CA.“

“Scored some tickets on Stub Hub and got to watch the Angels play from our seats at Brewery X. We got there a little early and checked out the bar and hung out at one of the indoor bar tops. It was nice to have this option and stay in the cool AC before the game started. The sun was bright and hot at our seats. We enjoyed some seltzers and beers and once we got to our seats we had the most delicious carnitas nachos we have ever had at the ballpark. It was a fun experience to hang out at Brewery X, have great seats and in seat dining with delicious food. Only wish I could order my favorite Zebra popcorn to my seat. It was simple enough to take a walk from our seats and visit a concession stand on club level.“

“SUMMARY: Decent food and convenient if you are staying in the Hyatt Regency Orange County FOOD: The food took a little longer than usual to come out, but that's probably because we showed up right when it opened. Our server was super nice too. We ordered the Juan's Chicken Quesadilla and the Bao Buns. The chicken quesadilla was surprisingly packed with delicious cheese and very seasoned chicken, I was impressed. The Bao buns were silky smooth with a balanced flavor profile between the pork, sauce, and pickled jalapeños. Both portions weren't too large, but decently priced at 17 and 18 dollars, respectively. Very conveniently located bar/restaurant in the lobby of the Hyatt Regency Orange County. The atrium of this hotel is really nice so the seating area is really nice with a very open feeling. Give it a shot if you're staying in the hotel, but no need to travel to the hotel just for this food.“

“Best place to eat in downtown Disney in my opinion. Great spot to take a seat after standing in line and walking throughout the park all day. There are many options for Beer and there are some TV's if you want to catch a game. Usually can find seat at the bar but the wait can be an hour or longer for a seat at a table.“
