people are sleeping on el pollo loco. 30 bucks for a whole family meal?!?!?! geez i couldn't be happier. i don't know what they did but they needa keep doing it because that meal made me feel euphoric. after a long day at work absolutely STARVED, there's nothing better than coming home to some fire el pollo loco and my bb waiting to eat it w me :)) seriously though.. i used to crave sushi at the end of my shifts but all i was craving today was that el pollo loco.. the chicken was SOOO juicy and flavorful!! that chicken was pampered well i could imagine.. the corn was sweet and juicy, the salsa gave it some extra flavor and put it all together in a flour tortilla and you got a whole 5 star meal. honestly it had no reason being insanely fire. el pollo loco decided to cook!!!!!!!!!! i'm beyond words the girl taking our order was super kind!!

Pollo loco at Warner and Euclid always has juicy chicken, not dried or burnt. Customer service was great provided by employee Suleine. Service was also fast. Recommend this pollo loco for having the best service and quality of food.

The customer service experience was warm and inviting. Herlindo interaction was insightful and informative and very pleasant. However, the Pollo bowl I ordered wasn't good at all. It was extremely soupy and didn't have any chicken. The cook didn't drain the excess liquid from the beans and literally dumped it in my bowl. From the picture, you can clearly notice how unpleasant this looks. I was on my lunch, so unfortunately, I wasn't able to return and have them remake my order. I'm sure this wasn't intentional, but moving forward, it is with great hope that you prepare food with a considerate amount of care, just as you would want other to prepare and present your food. Please accept this as a learning experience as you move forward.

S/o to joe I had a problem with Berenice (I think that's how you spell her name) I had ordered a double chicken tostada salad. This location is very convenient to me and my family since we live right around the corner we love eating Pollo Loco once a week I had a problem with them not giving me my utensils. Once I got to the park to share my salad with my daughter I realize I didn't half my fork which I had ask for. We had to eat with our hands, so I was very upset. I called the new store manager name joe He was very professional and offered to replace my meal so I went and I got a new meal. He also insisted on giving me a refund I can tell this manager cares for his location and his restaurant reputation on the other hand. Employees like Berenice are rude & need to work on maturing.

Husband went to El Pollo Loco about 5:15 tonight and ordered two of the Poblano Chicken Stuffed Quesadillas. I had it before and it was very good. He was told they were out of poblano peppers. He asked if they could substitute another pepper and they said they didn't have any other peppers. He brought home two quesadillas with chicken and lettuce inside, absolutely NO cheese, and the inside of the tortilla was wet and soggy. Absolutely disgusting!! Fed the tortilla to my dog (sorry dog). How do you run out of peppers! Total waste of money and terrible experience.

Rating = 0 El Pollo Loco (Brookhurst, Ft Valley). The chicken on the Classic Tostada was so dry & overcooked that I couldn't chew it let alone swallow it. I politely brought it to the attention of an employee (older hispanic female) - she looked at the chicken bits & said "that's normal when cooking chicken breast". I explained that I live nearby, have been eating at this location for 25 years & it has never been unedible. She insisted it could not be dry because the store is so busy and then dismissed me. I was shocked how she chose to lose a loyal customer over such a small amount (1/4 cup) of dried up chicken meat. I was hungry and since I paid $10.99, I ate the lettuce, rice and some beans; unfortunately, the food caused diarrhea during night. I'm very disappointed that their food and service has declined to such low standards. Update (next day): I went to Great Mex Mesa Verde (off Harbor Blvd, Costa Mesa) for lunch today - what a difference! For $10.99 (same price as EPL), I had DELICIOUS Mexican food (no dried up meat)! The portion was generous and came with a drink!

It happened like to certain individuals they dislike. They are really bias and I would be careful they probably would do something to your food.
