Terrible customer service. Every time I come here they mess up my order. Technically they probably get it right 3 out of 10 times. Stopped coming here for about 4 months, decided to give it another go. Nothings changed, order was wrong. I asked to speak to the manager and was told there is no manager. 8pm Saturday night, no manager. I asked why do I continually have to pay for their mistakes and got laughed at. I will never, ever, step into this place again. Used to be great, now, nothing but headaches. Foods still good but not worth it. Go to Fu Wing Low across from the Boys and girls club on Brookhurst you won't be disappointed.

This place started out in Seal Beach about 2000. I went there all the time, but when I moved to Huntington Beach I was happily surprised at the quality of the food. The Orange Chicken is my favorite, but the Honey Walnut Shrimp is great, too! Good service, clean place, great for lunch or dinner.

Are there new owners??? Overly sweet, off flavor, lousy thai pad. Friday night, no one in restaurant so service great but food quality has gone downhill. Sweet and Sour fish was all batter and no fish(small)_ Shrimp with zucchini had no flavor. We will never go back.

We arrived and got seated on a Sunday afternoon to an almost empty restaurant. Our waiter took our drink orders and someone in my party asked for iced tea with lemonade. He brought us iced tea with lemon which we totally understood! Easy misunderstanding. I worked in food service so I always want to be patient with other food service workers. We asked him if we could actually get it with lemonade and he rolled his eyes and said that the person in our party had said lemon. He continued to berate us, so we left. I did a take out order recently and the food wasn't as good. Everything tasted like oil, whereas usually it tastes fresh. We've been coming to this restaurant at different locations for years. We will not be coming back and ask that if they continue to have no one inside their restaurant, they should ask themselves why!

The service was terrible. The waiter was angry and rolled his eyes at our request. I would NOT recommend it. It is a shame the same restaurant in Orange has the best service.

Says restaurant closest at 10:30 and we arrived at 9pm and they refused to service usWe have came in other locations, and the servers are always rude and in a hurry to take our orders. It is unfortunate because of food is delicious. However, the service is horrible. You feel unwelcome and when they do service you they want you out in a hurry.

Service is horrible here. They refused to allow us to dine in when we arrived at 9pm . Restaurant shows it closes at 1030 on store front. Servers are rude and always rush us when we do get serviced. We continue to come because the food is really good. If you plan to come here to eat be prepared to have terrible servers and to be rushed to leave. Also dont show up 2 hrs prior to closing time because they will only offer you food to go.

Delicious and decently priced food. Quick and friendly service. The staff are friendly. The restaurant also gives a nice cute ambiance for date night. Love their orange chicken. It's definitely unique compared to the other orange chicken I've ever had. If you like white meat, you'll like their orange chicken.

Had lunch here today and the experience was 10/10! All the employees went above and beyond for all their customers but Mary was doing the most! She was so helpful and created a great experience for us! The food was very tasty and the portion sizes were perfect! The atmosphere was great and it was very clean! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for some good Chinese food in the area!
