Clean your grill! My burger looked like I picked it up out the gutter. Buns shouldn’t be wet and black and oily.I’ve only ever gotten the breakfast burrito from here in previous visits and liked it. I think this just turned me off ever coming back though.How do you serve this?

The place was empty, when we left there were 2 other persons there. The bread was a little dry, my husband's burger fell apart. I take off a lot of the bread, using the lettuce as a bun. The pastrami was like shredded little piecea, not the bigger pieces, and was on the dry side. Even mustard couldn't bring it back to good. The burger was just average, barely made it average taste. Only went here because I was working in the area and like to try new places. My husband and I voted to not come here again. Unfortunately the food was not that great, an empty place should us been the red flag. By the way, fries $5.99?? It was a large basket, but I believe that is just way too much. Smaller portion for less would be less waste.

We were ignored while waiting to order. At least 5 min. Ordered 1 kids plain hot dog $11.89. One plain hamburger (since they didn’t offer a kids one) $13.69. One pastrami combo $19.99. The pastrami was soaked in hot sauce (probably to disguise rotten meat).it was inedible. Complained to server and was given a shoulder shrug and told to order something else next time. (There won’t be a next time). Total $49.56 rediculius!!!

Manager helps no one on the floor . The restaurant needs to hire a leader . Who can handle complaints properly, de escalate situacion , manage to properly retain clients , serve safe and clean food , support FOH AND BOH personal.Instead of being in the back doing absolutely

I ordered a vegetable omelette, only to get to work to enjoy it, and there is no cheese on it. I thought cheese was a given, but after calling to inform the establishment, I was told cheese is an add on for an extra cost. Oh well!

They cannot for the life of them stick to wearing gloves. I saw them wear gloves one time since I've been here, but every single other time you'll see the workers scratching their faces and rubbing their hands on their aprons before grabbing your food with their bare hands. You see them grabbing your burgers, fries, salad mix, and even pieces of meats with their bare fingers before putting the food in the bag, it's so unsettling.
