I am absolutely sickened by what I just witnessed at the jamba juice in fountain valley at 6:20pm Wednesday 4/10/24. I walked in to order a smoothie. And they have a little girl and maybe her late. Teens, very, very early 20s, working inside of a store by herself. Not only that when I walked in the store feels like it's over a 100°. Every single person in the store was asking why the store was so hot and she proceeded to myself and all the customers that the owners and managers of that store will not let her turn down the heat. We then all proceeded to ask her how we could contact her manager or her corporate office. And she didn't even know who her manager was or anything about who owns the store or anythimg about the corporate office at all? I have worked in the service industry for over 30 years. And I've witnessed a lot, but I've never witnessed this. The last 3 Times I've been in that Jamba Juice. I've witnessed the same thing- an Overheated store with an employee in their late teens. early twenties, working by themselves at night. This is absolutely abhorrent. And not only was there a line out the door in a 100° store, but she had 10 tickets of mobile orders as well. By herself!!!! I work in HR and payroll and they are supposed to be able to get at least a 10 minute break in a 4 hour shift, so if no one else is working with them. How are they going to take that break? This is a clear violation of California law and I am reporting this store for abuses to their workforce and potential customers. I've seen way too many times for way too many months now, hoping it was just a one-off situation and I am not going to stand for it anymore. If that was my store or those were my workers I would expect to be put in jail. This is disgusting- whoever manages this store.... I would like for you to respond to this message, so you can give me a reason to why you treat your employees & your customer this way. I left and so did many others. And I must say the girl's very sweet and very nice. That's working. This is not on her at all. This is 100% On her management team and the people that own that store!!!!!

There's a reason this location has such bad reviews, I've never had an issue with the quality of my drinks but I'm sure things would greatly Increase if the asshole manager put more people on shifts. There will be lots of people here and waiting and two employees rushing around trying to take orders and make smoothies at the same time which is probably why so many people experience issues with the quality of their orders. Also I feel so bad for the people that work there it's always so hot in there like 90 degrees. As the customer I'm miserable and have to walk out to get air multiple times because the heat is so uncomfortable and I can't imagine working in those conditions for hours. People in sweat shops have better working environments. Shame on the manager for poorly managing the schedule and shame on the asshole owner who can't get the damn ac fixed for these poor employees and customers. DO BETTER.

Went in today and ordered an acai bowl and smoothie for me and my partner, kept getting the acai bowl wrong and got my partner's smoothie wrong, just decided to go to a different location to make it. I ordered my acai bowl with no bananas no coconut and extra strawberries, he didn't ask me if I wanted honey and assumed I did both times and when I got my acai bowl the second time after they messed up my partners smoothie we decided to just leave to a different one. Save yourself the trouble and don't go here as they will not compensate you for your time wasted.

2 stars for the acai bowl. 4 stars for the service. I was craving an acai bowl on new years day and my favorite spots were closed so I came to Jamba Juice. I was surprised at the hefty $11 price but went for it anyway. They were out of strawberries which was fine and the guy loaded the bowl nicely with banana BUT the acai was way over blended and super watery. More like a smoothie than a bowl consistency. Maybe this spot is good for juice but not the acai bowl.

we went in earlier today and got a mango smoothie made by one of the staff members there (shout-out dominic) it was the BEST smoothie that i have ever had. i don't even LIKE jamba juice and this smoothie changed my entire opinion this man deserves a raise and employee of the month or something because i drank this s*** so fast that my head hurt. also the costumer service was so good i'd give it more than five stars if i could for real

Love this place! I came in ~10 minutes to close today and the cashier was so kind and quick. As I was waiting for my smoothie, around 10 people came in behind me at the same time and he continued to greet everyone with a smile and, like a pro, mixed all the smoothies, took orders, and remained calm/cheerful. I'm actually writing this review in my car right outside the store because I don't want to forget. Great service. I don't recall the guy's name, but he wears glasses and has a beard; he did a fantastic job.

I work in the same shopping center and this is my go-to when I work the day shift. Their rewards program is awesome!!! I'm always getting $2 or $3 off my orders (which seems like) every time I order. The app is easy to use and my orders are always ready when the app says they will be. The young ladies that work at this location are friendly, efficient, personable, and respectful. Keep up the good work ladies!!! I just wish the app had the tipping option (like sbucks does) cuz i don't always have cash to leave. (But when I do, I try and make up for it)
Who in Cali doesn't love Jamba Juice? It's always good and refreshing. I've had a lot of favorites over the years (can we please bring back Chili Mango???) but my current go to is the Vanilla Blue Sky. It's the perfect addition to a lovely day at the beach.

Great location! Anastasia took my order and was so patient as well as knowledgeable of the products! With her help I’ve discovered my new favorite smoothie! the peanut butter & banana protein with whey protein! I also tried the Classic Handwhich which was delicious! The store is very clean and organized! i’ll definitely be returning soon!

I came on Friday during store hours and they were closed. There is no holiday on April 7. No one was inside and the chairs were all up. Zero reason online or note on door. Frustrating af
