I stopped going to this location. The food is fine, but the women that work the drive-thru are always really rude for no reason. I feel like I'm bothering them by ordering food. Go to a different location.

At this location, found small pieces of plastic in my smoothies a number of times Also, not well maintained store: drive thru menu is falling apart, disorganized and dirty inside, bad outdated interior

I'm a sucker for the coffee smoothie but if the cashier hears you wrong and gives you a regular ice coffee by mistake all they do is blend it and send you on your way it taste like watered down smoothie so not great but when your orders correct no complaints I love there

The person at the front did not speak English very well and instead of trying to help me out or sending someone else to speak to me decided to ignore me and move onto the next person. At long last, we decided to just order what she pointed to on a menu about twenty minutes later. We waited so long for just a baguette and lemonade. The baguette was cold as well. Overall, the service unfortunately ruined an otherwise promising experience.

Ordered a few pork egg rolls in drive thru and 3 beignets. The lady at the window doesn't acknowledge you, she's cracking jokes with a coworker so I had to say HI HOWS IT GOING. Just so she would take my credit card. The egg rolls were disgusting, stale, oily and cold. The beignets were harder than my life. The bag was soaked with oil. They didn't even bother to microwave them, they were fresh from the refrigerator.

was so excited to see that they still carried one of my favorite childhood snacks: deli manjoo!! a mini bread/pastry filled with custard cream AND shaped like a corn! got the box which comes with 3 packs of 8 and it was reasonably priced. they also offer the individual pack of 8 for sale as well. I remember eating them hot and fresh, the ones I bought were already pre made and sitting out for a while so they didn't taste the same. I was honesty disappointed that there was barely any custard filling in each one, which made it kinda underwhelming... even tho they don't taste as good as I remember them to be, they're still very nostalgic to me and glad I rediscovered them!

Prices are higher than in other locations. In chicken sandwich (number 4) there is practically no chicken, just vegetables. Never seen anything like that in other places. Plus the size of sandwich is smaller than in other locations.

The cashiers need more training on the items they sell. I asked what 2 different things where and the girl said "I don't know" did not even make an effort to ask or figure ir out. So I asked if she could ask or get someone that knew and she gave me look that I just ruined her day.Vegetarian options: They have 3 vegetarian sandwiches that I know of.

$5 minimum purchase to use credit card. This Lees location needs an upgrade. It does not look "deliciously looking" like other Lees I've been to. I visited on a Tuesday morning. The ladies working there were very nice and polite. I needed to order some eggrolls and patechaud for a group of co-workers. They tasted ok. Freshly made baguettes each hours. Parking - plenty outside. Drive-thru: yes but I never use it.

I went for my usual Egg and Cheese Croissant. They told me it would be $4.38 and once I got to the DT window, They told me it would be $4.38 again, but tell me why I checked my bank statement and it said $5.38. They charged me an extra dollar and I hope it was an accident, because if not that's FRAUD! Even if it's just a dollar that's not okay. They need to be more careful and attentive!

I can't believe this place lying to my face. I have come here recently and always got good service , I don't know why they have to lie to me but I order a half number 4 and the worker there said "we don't have that" I can't believe that they have the nerve to lie at my face. If right where you walk in you would see a poster said half sandwich, this worker just straight up lie at my face to make me buy a bigger sandwich. I was disappointed and mad.
