It was a horrible day I never forget. I booked a reservation on line came the door was closed . Called left messages no one call back. Waited 15 mins but the door still closed. No one called back to apologize the next day. I don't want to ever come back to this place again

We made a reservation and even confirmed the reservation a day ahead. When we showed up there was nothing but darkness. Surely this is a mistake? Nope. They were closed and didn't have the courtesy to inform us. No one picked up the phone either. My friend drive from out of town for her birthday dinner. This place is a joke. When I emailed them the day after I got a lame ass excuse.

I was here today (Thursday) at 6:00pm but they were not open. I came here 2 times before but it was the same situation. I am not sure what is the purpose of opening a restaurant but not operating based on your written business hours on Google and Yelp. I heard a lot about the chef reputation and decided to come here, but sorry I am not going to come back for the fourth time.

What a wonderful experience. Very intimate ambience that was shared with friends and family. Be prepared, the dishes are brought out in paces, I arrived hungry but once I understood, I was able to relax and enjoy my company and when the each plate arrived, we would all take notes of taste, texture and try to spot out any familiar ingredients. Say hello to Chef Michael as their kitchen station is behind glass preparing our dishes.

sooo pricey .. tap water is not complimentary. They charges me 3 dollars per cup . I never seen anything like this even in the fancy restaurants. The waiter didn't mention about the charge. Scam scam

This place...is not going to make it. It's trying to be some fancy spot in a strip mall in FV. It's coursed out only and there's an included tip. It's super expensive. The dishes are OK.

I really wanted to like this restaurant. I've been following their Facebook and was impressed with the chef's/owner's accomplishments; thus, haven't found a "Vietnamese" restaurant that offers a tasting menu that's similar to those of Michelin star restaurants.The decor was a bit off-it's not modern and it's not classic. There's not that many tables and from what the waitress shared, the chef doesn't want to service many people....so make sure you call ahead and make a reservation. The dishes were definitely unique but it did not wow me. Maybe my expectations were too high, leaving me expecting more..the chef walked around to say hello to each table but you can tell he was more inclined to chat with those tables that were his friends or appear come from money. He boasted a lot about himself and his skills...which I wish reflected more in his dishes.I feel all the raving reviews on here are his friends-they boasted about having many "celebrities friends" and "beautiful ladies" coming to the restaurants for dinner-I can care less about this...however, it seems he does host lots of small parties. For the price-it's fair for the effort, presentation and quality of the ingredients'. I wouldn't come back here as their menu appear to be similar...the escargot, etc. One downer is they automatically add 20% tip, regardless of your party size. Service was good but I don't think this is necessary...If you want to try something different but Vietnamese dishes, then try this once but it's not anything impressive.

What a wonderful experience dining here at Moi Cuisine. The food is so delicious. Delectable and colorful. We had five-course dinner but felt like we ate eight courses. Beautiful ambiance, very, and truly enjoyed the good foods and conversations. My friend and I finished a bottle of wine. We left a generous tip to the staff as they worked so hard: constantly moving. Can't wait to come back again next time.
