I always come here to get the Banh mi dac biet (special sandwich) love how simple yet well made this sandwich is. Taste just like homemade. My go to Vietnamese sandwich. Note: they tend to run out early so make sure to order early.
Very basic coffee place to quietly sit and chit/chat w.your friends. They also have a simple and basic Vietnamese breakfast/lunch menu too. Satellite DirecTv is available to watch, along with Scratchers and Lotto tickets at your disposal. Seems they also sub-lease a small office space, in the back too. Lol They open very early and close at 2pm.

When I first arrived there are a bunch of older Vietnamese men sitting outside...inside the place is huge...a woman immediately can up to me and asked if I needed help I said yes I wanted something to go...she gave me a menu...I knew I wanted iced coffee.
