This has been my go to pho place for DoorDash. They package it very well, give a good amount of vinegar onion when ordered. Their side of rib meat is also very yummy.

My search for the most amazing PHO is over. PHO KIM QUY is the place for best pho in OC. Their broth is not watered down, and their meats are very well marbled and tasty. Well deserved 5 stars.

I wish I could give more rating but 1- Food quality: broth so plain and I can taste the MSG afterwards, the meat portion is pitiful for large size which is $10, overall quality is below average 2- Price: overpriced, they charged us every little thing, on 1 order I have my rare meat on the side on combination pho and charged $.75 extra even the meat portion is the same except it's not in the soup, they charge me another $10 for meatball pho only, but extra .75 for meatballs??? Should it be included with $10 because I didn't have other meat in it? Also they charge $1.25 for vinegar white onions... 3- Service: below average, I got charged for what I didn't order and the server insisted that I did, not for 1 item but 2 items, anyway I still paid for it because the manager only said sorry (but I still had to pay for someone's mistake) 4- They got 1 point for cleanliness 5- Another point for taking us in right away without waiting

Restaurant has been taken over by boss lady (Mom) who makes the pho broth herself. The broth was very flavorful yesterday and very hot! There were other times I've went and broth was not hot enough to cook the raw beef. Although my order was slightly wrong, not a big deal! Still delicious! They close at 9:00 PM now FYI. When in doubt, just call before heading over.

The service has gone down hill. They must have sold to somebody else. Nobody in the place and we had to ask for a waitress. The Pho was just ok, must have changed the ingredients. Unfortunatley I will probably not return.

Pho Kim Quy has been my go to spot for pho for as long as I can remember. This place moved around a lot and I'm assuming because of wanting to find a bigger space! From Long Beach at the time (Pho Hong Long) to Garden Grove (Pho Kimmy), I tracked them down every time they would relocate. I'm not sure why this place is rated three stars, it should definitely be higher! Amazing quality pho with such tender meats! Portion size is great! Piping hot each time! They're really consistent! My go to is pho tai gua bo vein! Hands down slaps! My favorite server is Devon! The most sweetest girl! She takes our order, make sure everything is correct, and even though she's wearing a mask you can see the smile in her eyes! Give her a raise, definitely deserves it! All in all highly recommend the Pho here! I take all my friends here and they agree! Thank you for being my number one pho spot!

I ordered 1 well done steak (for my girlfriend ) and 1 chicken pho. The chicken was okay. The beef just smelled raw and really bad, which made it not appetizing. I hope she doesn't get sick tonight. It's been a over a year since i was here last. This had always been my favorite spot to get lunch with friends but this experience kinda ruined it.
This place has really good beef broth. It's sweetness probably comes from the slow cook beef bones is my guess. I find this very authentic and probably the best soup out of the other pho places I've been. It's a little more driving for me to get here but I feel like it's worth the drive. I feel like all the Vietnamese workers comes here to eat cause it's really good. Price isn't bad either. Definitely recommend checking this place out.

I have been coming to this location the last 4 years , before Covid ... the food taste , portion and price are great for its value. However, I am very disappointed after Covid ..I understand Covid and inflation it change everything .. the price gone up that it is fine , as long as you portion remind the same.. and taste , I thought they might get the portion wrong one time.. but I came back to visit couple times .. it just not it .. the price went up and portion goes down than before !! I just don't think it worth it to come back anymore ! Other store raise the price too , but I don't see their pho portions getting smaller ..
