I cannot get over the music it makes me feel so happy and almost like I'm at a spa. So relaxing and I love the flavors of the raspberry peach with boba! The flavor is so refreshing the raspberry is bold with peach and boba I would totally come again and get this!!! The staff is friendly and makes great recommendations! I got the pepper chicken and it tastes great it's not photographed but we also tried the lemongrass chicken and that had a little kick and tasted amazing!!! Roasting water just combined with the $1.99 restaurant and I totally recommend checking it out the food and drinks are delicious! If you haven't tried it yet please do, you won't be disappointed!!!

Called ahead of time about 15 minutes for my 2 drinks. When I got there it was not made & waited in line/ for my drinks for 18 minutes... I don't know if it's because they sell food now but man I will go to the one in Westminster or HB instead

I had the rib pho, the bowl is large and flavorful. My husband said the broth wasn't the traditional pho broth, but was good.

Monique was great at customer service. She was very busy!! Despite being busy she made me feel valued and explained everything I asked. She didn’t rush me or my family and improvised very well. She also re made my drink with no hesitation. I could tell her team didn’t want to but she made it happen. She deserves more respect from them. I would recommend and come back. I didn’t try the food but it looked and smelled great. If they made my drink right the first time I would’ve rated a 5 star. Also they ran out of Boba and avocado drink which I was looking forward to, but like I said it was busy and towards the evening night time.

So, for anyone who doesn't already know, yesterday March 14, 2024 marked thebeginning of the new “Roasting Water 199 Restaurant''. For me, personally, and maybe some others too, we saw it as the return of Nha Hang 1.99’s food menu because for those who don’t know, before Roasting water, it was Nha Hang 1.99 and when it was converted to a boba tea house, it was Nha Hang no more (“nha hang” means “restaurant” in Vietnamese). If you’re searching to learn more about the promo, here’s what you need to know:- Each food item is on special only on their specified dates, which can be found below their advertised promotional price in the Grand Opening menu. This promotion will run through the remainder of March until mid April- Each food item requires the purchase of a Roasting Water beverage to get the promotional price- Available only for dine-in, there is no To Go and there is an extra charge for to go containersFinally, if you’re wondering if it’s as good as it used to be, I’d say it’s exactly just that, and now with fancier drinks!

I had came in to get boba but my daughter also needed to use the bathroom before we ordered. Right as I came through the door and towards to cashier while my daughter was going towards the bathrooms. The cashier who was a short Asian male with glasses, said immediately "bathrooms are for only customers" I told him I was going to order and he still was not letting my daughter go to the bathroom. No apology was made when we were ordering. It was just very rude when we were just trying to order and use the bathroom. I will not be coming back to this location as there are plenty of other locations with better customer service.

Ok this place is like weird. They're indoor seating is ok; however, they'll have like these plastic bags with stuffed animals for sale. The thing is, they're like HUGE and make it seem like some garage sale or something. The staff are usually ok, they're definitely not friendly but whatever.THE THING IS, these drinks are MID, there is nothing special about them, you're only paying for the cups, that to be honest, are kind of ugly and break so easily. $6 minimum for a drink that looks like a good amount but is only like half of what you could be buying for $6 at other places...Recommend for people who would like to spend money on some cups then never come back again. Also the location looks like a homeless's house, and they don't even have houses.

I think I encountered this place on an off day. This is my first and last visit. Upon entering, the cashier did not like that we were there and gave us a cold service. She looked visibly annoyed that I asked for half-sweet on their only milk tea (an option that various boba shops offer). Then, she got even more upset when I only gave her a $1 tip as she stormed off to dump all the sugar on my boba drink. The cup was very pretty, as was the store itself. But I can definitely see why the store was empty. The boba tastes like I am drinking a bucket of brown sugar with milk, I don't taste any black tea. Frankly, it's worse than 7 leaves, and the pretty cup it comes in cannot compensate the taste. I can still taste a month's serving of brown sugar.

Love, love this place. Service is fast attentive and the taste is amazing from the drinks to the decorations. Everytime I come they serve the iced coffee in different cups. (Which i always keep). Anime fans will surely love this cute spot.

I gave this shop four stars because it is cute and the drinks and nice but I have a few negatives. There used to be some rooms you could go in but those closed. The drinks are pretty good and they come with reusable cups that have cute designs which I like. This place is a bit hidden though. The only complaints I really have is that the boba isn't ready until 10:30 am and there wasn't really anything that tells you. The other one is that there aren't really a lot of employees usually only one or two so I does take a while but not too much .Overall pretty good.

I love the Vietnamese iced coffees here. Literally my fav spot ! The cups are sometimes not the most convenient to drink through but they are very cute ! I will always come back every chance I get! The flavors are amazing in everything I have tried from the menu ! Service is always great too. They also have so many cute cups you can buy. Hidden gem!
