Dog's were not allowed in the eating establishment. Dog's don't build buildings or houses, they don't belong in buildings especially where people eat. That's unsanitary.
I haven't been to Sizzler for over 30 years. Now I remember why. My $26.99 Ribeye was not per my order. I asked for Rare I got Medium which was still Ok. The Cheese Toast was just plain awful and the baked potato was the deal breaker. Horrible over "what ever cooking method" it was as dry as desert sand dirt clod. I swear I was just terribly deflated. I wanted a good moist hot baked potato more than I wanted the steak.So for me it seems that 30 years later you pay an extra 10 bucks for the steak or maybe more? And the potato was the absolute deal killer. Even with two giant cloths of butter and sour cream, it was still a dried out flaked out overcooked horrible baked potato just ruined the whole meal and the cheese toast was garbage as well. So maybe I won't be around for the next time. The ghost of myself in the future thinks about sizzler ever again.

Every time my mom and I come to this location of Sizzler we are consistently impressed. The unlimited salad bar is always fresh, and maintained—we saw people cleaning it and refilling it regularly! The steak we order is always hot and perfectly cooked, and the service is always attentive. I have no complaints whatsoever. We went to a smaller chain a month back that boasts 60+ years in the business and we were so disappointed, it’s nice to always see Sizzler’s established quality control in action. Totally made up for our bad experience elsewhere!

Had a really nice lunch with friends. We all enjoyed the salad bar, such a great selection of obviously very fresh veggies, salads, delicious soups, chicken, taco bar, pasta and dessert. The staff is very pleasant and attentive. One negative: I was excited to see churros but SORELY disappointed as they had almost no cinammon/sugar dusting and worse the churro itself tasted like cold cardboard. I still give Sizzler 5 stars but either fix the churro issue or stop serving them.

We went to the Sizzler in West Covina and it was so crowded! The food, as always, was great. Everything in the salad bar was fresh and tasty. The salad bar ingredients were never empty; the staff filled up the containers frequently. My husband's salmon was perfectly cooked. Our service was terrific, even though it was busy.
Me ,my wife and daughter loved this place for dinner. We came here often, been a long time customer, but over the years, service became lacking. My waiter only came to the table 1 time to asked if we need anything. We have to go to the cashier to asked for to go box. Feel disappointed. Hope my review can make a difference in the future.

Good standby for Sizzler lovers. This location could use an update in general, and the salad bar could use some money invested into it by the owners. Also, this location's soft serve ice cream machine is always broken, and they have no hot dessert selections, like bread pudding and cobbler. I love salad bars. It's all I get when I visit Sizzler, and while I would eat here again, I'd like it if they would bring the salad bar up to it's original glory from the 80's back when it was fabulous. Typically, although I live in N. OC, I drive to the Lake Forest location, which is a much MUCH better experience.
First time back in about 2 yrs.was very happy with price,food,and very happy with the service we received while dining there.
