My review is way overdue but it was always in the back of my mind to write it.This is my every morning coffee stop for years and I must say, Amanda, the manager, deserves all the praise and A LOT more credit for it. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile from Amanda herself. She exudes a level of customer service and professionalism that is truly exceptional. Her dedication to ensuring a positive experience for every customer is palpable, and it's clear that she leads her team by example.Not only is the service top-notch, but the overall atmosphere of this Starbucks is inviting and cozy. whoever made my matcha latte I LOVE YOU i dont go to starbucks often but whenever I do my matcha latte would always have clumps of matcha powder at the bottom. This location nailed it! Surprisingly wasn't busy in the morning so I got my order quick and the workers were very nice and efficient.

These poor employees are CLEARLY overworked and both look incredibly sick and tired. Everytime i come to this store the employees are very friendly, but clearly understaffed. I would like to see improvement in management in the near future.
