Monika is kind, friendly, professional, and has excellent communication skills. Monika, also, displays happiness when working for Starbucks and does a great job with customer satisfaction. She does the drink the correct way as well. However, the African America fledgling female who works here is excruciatingly rude, and she purposely does the drinks incorrectly. Then she treated me like I was a stupid person, and I should know what ingredients are used in my drink. When I have never worked for Starbucks. I just focus on ordering the drink I like, and I don't argue with no one about ingredients. I don't care about the ingredients. I like the flavor of the drink and I'm here to buy it.. The African American female did not need to give me a test on what she uses for the drink with hateful facial expressions and an angry tone of voice.

Barista in charge of hot bar poured shots that were dead…even after 2 minutes. Even saw them shake my drink through the cup and put their finger to cover the hole. Barista at register was very kind.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMING TO THIS STARBUCKS! I came in and ordered my drink the guy at the register was cool and when they called my name I notice the color of my drink was full white and I ordered a coffee frap. When I asked one of the other barista she said it was correct, but then I told her my drink has coffee in it she confirmed that it was indeed the wrong drink and she told one of the other barista girl to remake it and the barista that remade it was so rude and had so much attitude for no reason. She kept looking at me making faces at me like I’m almost scared to drink my drink comfortable my now because I’m afraid she might’ve spit in it or something I don’t know what her deal was. I’m not usually a personal that says anything about these things but the day I decided I wanted my correct drink you have people like that working in a place servicing people so poorly.
Good place to get your coffe No Drive-thru but you can order ahead on the app just pull up and Pick Up.

Someone stole the tip jar. I went chasing after him. Found a police officer in less than 40 seconds. The suspect was arrested. I was at the other store Warner magnolia. Witnessed a mugging in the parking lot. The suspect I couldn't identify had a hoody mask gloves. Drove off in Toyota Celica red. Really bad experiences at fountain valley Starbucks. Brookhurst Ellis store witnessed robbery again using Starbucks and a parking lot for crime. Be aware of marketplace or craigslist buys.
