Omg ? this small brewery located in Fountain Valley called @steadybrewing is so Amazing. I was driving around and wanted to get a burger and this popped up. I ordered the blue bacon ? cheese burger with fries and got a sour peaches beer ?. The flavor on this burger was just amazing, love how excellent it was cooked and the bacon was crispy and the blue cheese just made it over the top. I am definitely coming back here. New find for us, a neighborhood spot for simple pub food with fresh cold beer. Ambience is nice and airy. I ordered the shroom burger and that is quite good. Crispy onion rings. Next table has a good size pretzel that I would like to order next time.

Wow, absolutely amazing! My GF and I just tried this place and were blown away at the quality of the burger and flavor of the fries - not to mention how fair the prices are. To top it off, the owner Dennis served us and could not have been a nicer, more genuine dude. Highly recommend!

Good food, beer, service, and ambiance. Their burgers are legit and they'll sub impossible patty if you don't eat meat. Their pretzel is incredible, not only is it tasty but it's the size of my head! Food comes out pretty quick and is always hot and freshly made. The beers are tasty and nice and cold. Dennis the owner is cool, if you sit at the bar he'll engage in conversation when he's not busy taking care of other things around the brewery. My husband and I have been here about 5 times now and he remembers us and even conversations we've had in the past. That really says something especially considering all the people he sees and talks to daily.

The food is absolutely delicious. We got the Traditional burger and the Shrum burger. They were both so juicy and flavorful. I highly recommend it. The service is great and the staff is very friendly. Also tried the piña colda on tap and it too was very refreshing and flavorful. It's a great whole in the wall place. It has several big screens to watch your favorite sport games

Wow! This place is a ball of energy!! Place was packed on a Thursday evening around 6:30. That's always a good sign. Good vibes all around. The artwork on the walls is hip and cool. The music was playing good tunes. The beer taps on the wall have lights that coordinate to the beat of the music. Super cool. We were a party of 2. Ordered standard cheeseburger and fries and a mushroom burger & fries. DELICIOUS!! Holy cow. Everything about these burgers screamed luxury. The sauce the cheese the HUGE mushroom cap on top of the beef. The fries were so good. Lots of salty goodness. We do not drink alcohol so I can't comment on the beers, except to say they had a huge list of different kinds/flavors to choose from. Also, I noticed many of the tables had pitchers, empty and full, and people were going up to refill pitchers. So, the beer must be good. They brew their own. We had the opportunity to speak with the owner, Dennis. Super cool guy. Genuinely loves what he's doing and was very warm and welcoming. The menu is good: not too big, not too small. A little something for everyone. We can't wait to go back and try the pickled eggs and homemade pretzels!!! I told my daughter and her B/F about it and they tried it. They both loved it too and will be back. You've got to try this place. Our new go to burger joint.
