Came because of Facebook it was 1pm the door was close the lady in side came and open it I ask what time they open she said 11am and i was like oh so your open and she was like yea walked us in locked the door behind her this place is dirty the floors are supposed to be white they look gray with black spots the counter top was full of crumbs and you can see that all the dishes are all dirty piled high and the lady is on the phone the whole time even customer service sucked I ask for nuez raspando she said they didn’t have it my friend ask for a chili mango and she was like is that all and i was like no can you giver her a second there’s no one else here and she rolled her eyes I end up not getting anything and my friend either we saw 2 flys where all the bread was and i just asked for my $$ back she walked us to the door un locked it and slammed it when we got out definitely never going back the place doesn’t even look sanitary do not recommend at all!!

We found this place when we ate at the restaurant next door. We wanted a little pastry after dinner so we walked over and they happened to have a freshly baked mini conchas. We tried and they were so good that we had to come back the next day. The next morning, we got there and literally had to do a double take to make sure it was the same store. Not sure if we were a little too buzzed the night before but the overall unsanitary conditions of the store and the horrible customer service, made me not want to ever come back to this place again. I've been to bakeries that were messy and cluttered but never this dirty, with that I mean unsanitary. The floors looked like they haven't been swept or mopped in weeks, food debris everywhere, the tables were all sticky probably from raspado syrups and with what looks like leftovers from previous customers (or employees!). The girl that was behind the counter looks like she stayed up all week or just got out of bed and she is always on the phone with earphones, even when you walk in, there is no stopping. Maybe after 20 seconds, she will come over (still talking on the phone!) and ask you what you want. There is hardly any greeting, never a smile, and don't even dare ask her for recommendation because she will she will give you an attitude (probably for interrupting her phone conversation). There are dishes piled up so high like they have been left there for days, and flies inside the bread display (I told the girl she might want to leave the glass door open to get the fly out but she just ignored me and closed it).
