“My family and I have been coming here for many years, the food is delicious, hot, and fresh! The service is excellent. Mr. and Mrs. Lee are very hospitable. The pricing is very fair. If I’m ever in Fowler California this is the only Chinese restaurant I will go to they are the best!“

Place was busy and parking not too hard to find.Nestled in a mostly-rundown area of DTF is this hole-in-the-wall establishment that serves American (and a few Mexican) plates, Chinese and Japanese plates and soup. A very unusual combination, but it works well here because the place was consistently busy while we ate.Someone comes by and quickly asks what you need and promptly brings you the food. I had their huevos con chorizo plate with pancakes on the side. You can immediately taste the oil from the griddle they've had for the last 15 years. The grease is so prominent and delicious AF! Looking at the cooks, they are very efficient because they have a tray with plates ready to be served.Overall, such a unique place. The prices are very low for the deliciousness you get. Cash only! All walks of life come here and I highly recommend you come as well!“

“Are at this place while we was in town and the food was really good. The Tom Yum seafood soup was delicious and packed with seafood. Some other places I've tried the same dish and most of them don't give you a lot of seafood. Would highly recommend.“

I really enjoy getting a bowl with chow main & teriyaki chicken with the sauce included, it's so bomb every time!! “Malis Restaurant (formerly Khmer Family Cafe) specializes in three items. 1. Roast Duck 2. Roast Pork 3. Stir Fry Intestines I've been here twice for the roast pork and I agree that the roast pork is the best in town! It's juicy, tender, and extremely flavorful. The skin is sooo crispy. Even the accompanying sauce is excellent paired together. The price for roast pork is by the pound. They'll offer to cut or chop it as well. Payment in cash or card is accepted. As a takeout only spot, don't expect much in terms of service or ambiance. The focal point really is the food. The roast pork is superb. I'll be back to try the roast duck.“

“My go to place picking up food for my mom that lives in West Fresno. The staff are friendly and get your order to your liking. I especially like their sizzling rice soup with lots of vegetables and chicken plus shrimp. Mom says this is the best food here. Her dish is the chop suey chowmein with lots of vegetables. The prices and portions are very reasonable and you get your money's worth.“

“Came here for first time ever and probably first time for Laotian food. Got the sticky rice with crispy pork belly and beef larb and the egg rolls. The pork belly was good portion and the skin was VERY crispy, borderline a bit too hard of a crunch. The larb was full of fresh mint and herbs but medium level spice was definitely spicy for me but probably ok for others. Egg rolls were excellent and can tell freshly made with vermicelli, veggie and meat. Got mango sticky rice at the end which was delicioussssss. Pandan like coconut cream to dip / pour. Fresh Thai iced tea also good and sweet. Will come back to try the noodle soup as every table had it! We just winged it when we got here upon ordering. Service- you order at counter and then they bring to your table. One employee was not the most friendly but it is what it is. Plenty of parking. There's a good crowd on weekend but no big wait.“

“The name of the restaurant has changed. It's now Taste China Kitchen. The menu while simple the food is great and the price is just right in today's economy it's a bargain. I even took pictures. I got the chow mein, rice and sides of orange chicken and beef and broccoli. All was perfect.“

Chopsticks serves the greatest recipes this side of the Yangtze River. The eats are worthy of a factory that produces the platinum standard of 69 Michelin Stars. There are no demos going on here, with overrated Emerson (sic) Lagasse peddling pots and pans that could not withstand an acne-pocked tween creating a masterpiece from a packet of Takis/Skittles/Essentia water of the Maruchan experience. The service, as the millennial foolios have always practiced..."Dis iz an absolute game-changa, bruhs!" First of all, their is no game. Secondly, it has not been sanctioned by the UFC. Next, there is nothing to change, except Millennium Morgan needing for her Luvs needing to be relieved of a diaper brimming with the caca of their own mouths. And lastly, that saying is as old as the roach in Uncle Stevie's 1994 Dodge Neon ashtray. And finally, the decor of Chopsticks is much more creatively original than Panda Express's Asian motif of endangered bears and orange chicken that seems it was pooped out of Gorton's famous species of dinosaur-shaped fish sticks. “Came late night about an hour before it closed. Line was packed! Took a while. Staff very friendly and lively. Sweet people. Ordered an array of thing Combo plate 1C, 6C, Mongolian beef, Won Ton Soup, and the big combo Chow Mein (Bomb A** Sh*t). The combo plates and Mongolian beef were just ok, feel a bit short. However the Won Ton to my surprise was legit. Had that down home taste, could be a bit salty for some, but defiantly a recommendation. Also the Comb Chow Mein, while expensive was tasty and big portions. Over all menu is huge and like all places will have hit or misses. Definitely worth a try, but be prepared to wait unless you find a time that isn't busy“

“I live a block away & only ate there once about 10 years ago. Craved Chinese food, so I ordered salt & pepper wings and the tomatoe beef chowmein in curry sauce. Chicken well flavored, super crispy & juicy. Curry sauce was delicate, smoky, which paired well with the buttery soft beef. I will be ordering there every chance I get! I ordered ahead to avoid the wait, but there was Only 1 couple seated around 5 p.m. so plenty of seating if need be. Staff was polite and welcoming. Street parking was available at the time too.“

We tried the veggie fried rice, tofu chow fun, shrimp chow mein, and kung pao tofu, which was spicy but delicious, all were good. This is a great place to go for takeout or if you just want comfort food in a chill environment.“
