Check your order before you leave. This is not the first time they do this. That's why I didn't comeBack but my children want it today.. they forgot an item and when I call the unprofessional manager Fatima say are you sure like if I would be calling and waisting my time to call to bother her. I said yes I checked my bag they are not in there. I called corporate to file a complaint and Irene apologized and said I'll send you a $5.00 Boucher for the inconvenience. They just need to train their staff properly.

Got our food before I finished paying. It was so fast I said that it wasn’t our food and I forgot I needed to use the bathroom. Lol

Never mind, They got our order completely wrong. I ordered crispy and normal chicken, but they just gave us normal. Usually, they give us what we want, but not today.

The girls that works in the night shift is very rude when we order through the drive thru and many times we’re missing items like they need to get it together here

All I'm going to say is always check your order before leaving the location, they always seem to forget something. I just think there should always be a manager around to make sure the teens are trained properly and to guide them. Also tried ordering a meal I usually get on the app and the drive thru person had no idea what I was talking about. Decided to order it through the app and guess what all of a sudden my meal exists.
